A guided hike along the wooden boardwalk through the largest raised bog in the Hochrhön.The Schwarze Moor is located on the Lange Rhön, near the tri-state border of Hesse, Thuringia, and Bavaria. Among the moors of the Hochrhön, the Schwarze Moor is one of the few that remains largely in its natural state. This approximately 2.5-kilometer hike includes information on the flora, fauna, and the formation of the moors. Eine geführte Wanderung über den Holzbohlensteg durch das größte Hochmoor auf der Hochrhön. Auf der Langen Rhön, in der Nähe des Dreiländerecks von Hessen, Thüringen und Bayern, liegt das Schwarze Moor. Unter den Mooren der Hochrhön ist das Schwarze Moor eines der wenigen noch weitgehend naturnahen Hochmoore.
