Großzügiger Wohnbereich 45 m² Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Der Wohnbereich ist hell und modern eingerichtet mit einem schönen Blick auf den liebevoll gestalteten Innenhof. Das bequeme 3er- Sofa verfügt über eine separate Schlafmatratze (160 x 200). Zwei Sessel laden zum Verweilen ein. Das 180 cm breite Boxspringbett ist durch eine stabile Trennwand vom Wohnbereich getrennt. Die Fenster sowie die Balkontür verfügen über Verdunklungsrollos. In unserer Singleküche gibt es einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle mit Grill- und Backfunktion, zwei Kochplatten, Spülbecken, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen sowie weiteres Zubehör. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1.OG eines Nebengebäudes, ruhig in einem Innenhof mitten im Ortskern von Ufhoven. Eigener Balkon sowie weitere Sitz- und Spielmöglichkeiten sind im Hof. Die Kur- und Rosenstadt Bad Langensalza ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Spacious living area 45 m² holiday flat offers space for up to 4 people. The living area is bright and modern with a beautiful view of the lovingly designed inner courtyard. The comfortable 3-seater sofa has a separate sleeping mattress (160 x 200). Two armchairs invite you to linger. The 180 cm wide box-spring bed is separated from the living area by a sturdy partition. The windows and the balcony door have blackout blinds. In our single kitchen there is a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave with grill and oven function, two hotplates, sink, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, crockery, pots and pans and other accessories. The holiday flat is located on the 1st floor of an outbuilding, in a quiet courtyard in the centre of Ufhoven. There is a private balcony and further seating and play areas in the courtyard. The spa and rose town of Bad Langensalza is within walking distance.
