Am ruhigen Ortsrand von Pähnitz, einem kleinen Ortsteil der Gemeinde Windischleuba im Altenburger Land, liegt dieses gemütliche Ferienhaus – eingebettet zwischen Waldrand und Feldern. Direkt am Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Spielplatz mit Sandkasten, Schaukel und Kletterhaus. Das Ferienhaus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge, Radtouren und Ausflüge – etwa zum Erholungspark Pahna mit Badesee, in die Residenzstadt Altenburg, zur Gaststätte „Am Stausee“ Fockendorf oder zu weiteren Highlights im Altenburger Land. Für E-Autos steht eine eigene Ladesäule bereit. Die Nutzung wird mit 0,48 EUR pro kWh berechnet. Der Verbrauch wird über einen separaten Stromzähler erfasst, der am Ende des Aufenthalts abgelesen und entsprechend abgerechnet wird. Im Gästehaus befindet sich ein Kamin, der bei Bedarf mit Kaminholz genutzt werden kann. Der erste Korb Kaminholz ist inklusive, jeder weitere Korb wird mit 10 Euro berechnet. Gemütliche Stunden am Kamin sind so jederzeit möglich. Zur Unterkunft gehört außerdem eine Outdoor-Tischtennisplatte. Schläger und Bälle stehen den Gästen zur Nutzung bereit.
This cosy holiday home is situated on the quiet outskirts of Pähnitz, a small hamlet in the municipality of Windischleuba in the Altenburger Land region, nestled between the edge of the forest and the fields. The accommodation is aimed at those seeking relaxation, holidaymakers and families, and is not let out as accommodation for tradespeople. The surrounding area offers not only peace and relaxation, but also plenty of opportunities for active outings into the countryside. Outside the holiday home, a terrace with seating invites you to linger. Right next to the house is a small playground with a sandpit, a swing and a climbing frame. The holiday home is an ideal starting point for walks, cycle rides and excursions – for example, to Pahna Leisure Park with its swimming lake, to the royal seat of Altenburg, to the ‘Am Stausee’ restaurant in Fockendorf, or to other highlights in the Altenburger Land region. A dedicated charging point is available for electric cars. Usage is charged at EUR0.48 per kWh. Consumption is recorded via a separate electricity meter, which is read at the end of your stay and billed accordingly. The guest house features a fireplace, which can be used with firewood if required. The first basket of firewood is included; each additional basket is charged at 10 euros. This means you can enjoy cosy evenings by the fire whenever you like. The accommodation also features an outdoor table tennis table. Batts and balls are available for guests to use.
