Markant für die Fewo sind schmale, kleine Treppen und teilweise niedrige Deckenhöhen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor der Unterkunft für PKWs vorhanden. Im Innenhof gibt es eine gemütliche Raucherecke und Grillmöglichkeit. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
