Ponitz is located on the edge of Sachen and has a lot to offer with its approximately 1600 inhabitants. The location to the neighboring cities of Meerane, Crimmitschau, Gößnitz and Schmölln makes Ponitz increasingly attractive for young families. The federal highway A4 is about 5 minutes by car away from Ponitz and thus connected to the highway network. With the suburban train you can easily reach the city of Leipzig within an hour. Various stops make it easy for the citizens e.g. Leipzig airport to be flexible even without a car. The community has its own operated kindergarten and the elementary school is also in the village. Two children's playgrounds invite children and parents to linger. The castle square is a dream setting for events of any kind. On the one hand you can see the renaissance castle of Ponitz, which was built in 1574 and today is lovingly maintained by the community of Ponitz. The castle association made it public through exhibitions and other events. Opposite is the church, with the famous Silbermann organ, the sounds still enchant young and old. The freshly built "Ponitz Arcaden" completes the village square. In this 15 residential units and 3 commercial units were created. The commercial units include a cosmetic studio, occupational therapy and an ice cream parlor. By this worth seeing Ensambel we could lure numerous visitors to Ponitz in the past years. The older inhabitants could be fulfilled a long desired wish, an own family doctor in the village. Dr. Balazsne practices once a week in the community of Ponitz. Even the large company Netto central warehouse has been convinced by the location of Ponitz and has already expanded several times. Ponitz se trouve à la périphérie de Sachen et a beaucoup à offrir avec ses quelque 1600 habitants. L'emplacement par rapport aux villes voisines de Meerane, Crimmitschau, Gößnitz et Schmölln rend Ponitz de plus en plus attractive pour les jeunes familles. L'autoroute fédérale A4 se trouve à environ 5 minutes en voiture de Ponitz et est donc reliée au réseau autoroutier. Le train de banlieue permet de rejoindre facilement la ville de Leipzig en une heure. Différents arrêts permettent aux citoyens de se rendre facilement à l'aéroport de Leipzig, même sans voiture. La commune dispose de son propre jardin d'enfants et l'école primaire se trouve également sur place. Deux aires de jeux invitent les enfants et les parents à se détendre. La place du château est un décor de rêve pour toutes sortes de manifestations. D'une part, on y voit le château Renaissance de Ponitz, construit en 1574 et aujourd'hui entretenu avec amour par la commune de Ponitz. L'association du château l'a rendu public en organisant des expositions et d'autres manifestations. En face se trouve l'église, avec le fameux orgue Silbermann, dont les sons enchantent aujourd'hui encore jeunes et moins jeunes. La place du village est complétée par les "Arcades de Ponitz", récemment construites. Quinze unités d'habitation et trois unités commerciales y ont été construites. Parmi les unités commerciales, on trouve un institut de beauté, un ergothérapeute et un glacier. Grâce à cet ensemble remarquable, nous avons pu attirer de nombreux visiteurs à Ponitz ces dernières années. Les habitants les plus âgés ont pu réaliser leur souhait de longue date : avoir leur propre médecin de famille dans le village. Le Dr Balazsne exerce une fois par semaine dans la commune de Ponitz. Même la grande entreprise Netto-Zentrallager a été convaincue par le site de Ponitz et l'a déjà agrandi à plusieurs reprises. Ponitz est un village en pleine croissance qui n'a pas à se cacher, socialement, culturellement ou économiquement, nous avons beaucoup à offrir ! Ponitz befindet sich am Rande zu Sachen und hat mit seinen rund 1600 Einwohnern einiges zu bieten. Der Standort zu den anliegenden Nachbarstädten Meerane, Crimmitschau, Gößnitz und Schmölln lässt Ponitz für junge Familien immer attraktiver werden. Die Bundesautobahn A4 ist ca. 5 Autominuten von Ponitz entfernt und somit an das Autobahnnetz angeschlossen. Mit der S-Bahn erreicht man problemlos, innerhalb von einer Stunde, die Stadt Leipzig. Verschiedene Haltepunkte machen es den Bürgern leicht z. B. Leipzig-Flughafen auch ohne Auto flexibel zu sein. Die Gemeinde hat einen eigenen betriebenen Kindergarten und die Grundschule ist ebenfalls im Ort. Zwei Kinderspielplätze laden Kinder und Eltern zum Verweilen ein. Der Schlossplatz ist für Veranstaltungen jeglicher Art eine Traumkulisse. Zum einen sieht man das Renaissanceschloss Ponitz, welches im Jahr 1574 erbaut wurde und heute liebevoll von der Gemeinde Ponitz gepflegt wird. Der Schlossverein machte es durch Ausstellungen und anderen Veranstaltungen publik. Gegenüber befindet sich die Kirche, mit der berühmten Silbermannorgel, die Klänge verzaubern heute noch jung und alt. Das frisch erbauten „Ponitz Arcaden“ rundet den Dorfplatz ab. In diesem entstanden 15 Wohneinheiten und 3 Gewerbeeinheiten. Zu den Gewerbeeinheiten zählen ein Kosmetikstudio, Ergotherapie und ein Eiscafé. Durch dieses sehenswertes Ensemble konnten wir in den vergangenen Jahren zahlreiche Besucher nach Ponitz locken. Den älteren Einwohnern konnte ein lang ersehnter Wunsch erfüllt werden: eine eigene Hausärztin im Dorf. Frau Dr. Balazsne praktiziert einmal in der Woche in der Gemeinde Ponitz. Selbst den Großbetrieb Netto-Zentrallager hat der Standort Ponitz überzeugt und bereits mehrfach erweitert.
