Stehend freuen sich über 600 Gäste auf Konzerte und Shows. Das Kulturhaus verfügt über eine angemessene Ton- und Lichtanlage. Das Haus und auch insbesondere der Saal wurden aktuell modernisiert und saniert: Verdunklungsrollos, neue Fassade, sanierter Bühnenbereich inkl. LED-Leinwand und modernster Technikausstattung. Angrenzend befindet sich ein Thekenbereich, der Ausschank und Catering nach Bedarf ermöglicht. Die Sanitäranlagen sind ebenfalls saniert, ein barrierefreies WC ebenerdig zum Saal sowie eine Rollstuhlrampe am Eingang des Hauses runden dies ab. In der 1. Etage befinden sich zudem mehrere anmietbare Räume optional mit Küchennutzung und ebenfalls nochmals Sanitäranlagen. Auch hier sind Leinwand, Beamer für Konferenzen und Tagungen individuell nutzbar. WLAN ist im Haus verfügbar.</p><p>Der helle, freundliche Saal mit frisch aufgearbeitetem Parkett und einer sanierten Bühne verfügt über eine moderne Beschallung- und Lichtanlage. Stehend finden bis zu 600 Gäste Platz, in Galabestuhlung 200. Verschiedene Stellvarianten sind möglich(siehe Saalpläne). Angrenzend befindet sich ein Thekenraum mit Ausschankmöglichkeit, hinter und oberhalb der Bühne weitere Räumlichkeiten für Künstler: Garderoben, separater Sanitärbereich. Im Saal sind Verdunklungsrollos, verschiedene Lichteinstellungen und Barrierefreiheit durch eine Rampe und eine ebenerdige Behindertentoilette sind gegeben. LED-Leinwand, Leinwand und Beamer als Präsentationsmedien sind ebenfalls vorhanden.<br><br>"Tagungsraum 1" ist in der 1. Etage über eine Treppe erreichbar (nicht barrierefrei), 41 m² groß, Bestuhlung mit Tischen für ca. 40 Personen möglich, WCs auf Etage in unmittelbarer Reichweite, optional Küchennutzung auf Etage möglich.</p><p>Der zweite Tagungsraum "Raum 5" befindet sich ebenfalls in der 1. Etage, ist über Treppe erreichbar (nicht barrierefrei), 45 m² groß, eine Bestuhlung mit Tischen ist für ca. 25 Personen möglich, WCs auf Etage in unmittelbarer Reichweite, optional Küchennutzung auf der Etage möglich, Selbstversorgung oder Catering durch das Haus, heller, freundlicher Raum mit breiter Tischstellmöglichkeit.</p>
<p>Around the turn of the century, hotel construction in Bleicherode was revitalized by the construction of the potash works, as overnight accommodation was to meet the needs of the growing tourist trade. The master builder Eduard Werkmeister built the hotel "Zur Sonne" in 1904 and from 1918 to 1954 there were three hoteliers and the hotel was renamed the "Bürgerhof" before it was taken over by the potash works. From 1991, the building underwent several changes of ownership, with the town of Bleicherode buying the property at the end of the 1990s after a private individual claimed ownership.</p><p>Further attempts to sell the building failed, and since 2002 it has been run by the current local history and culture association.</p><p>A renovation phase was initiated in 2009. The upper floor, roof, windows, façade, sanitary facilities and the hall have since been completely renovated.</p><p>This short journey through time can only give a small insight into the history. The house has always been filled with countless different events, whether in the hall, in the club and conference rooms on the upper floor or in the restaurant and outside area of the house. Culture and tradition are preserved here with intergenerational offers.</p><p>The Kulturhaus in Bleicherode was built in 1904 by the company that operated the potash mine at the time and has had a varied use and history. Perhaps this is precisely why the building has a special aura, a charm with "soul". The house has been looked after for decades, and many citizens and companies are still involved today. It is a house of "clubs" and the cultural center in Bleicherode. The hall has up to 430 seats, whether in row, table or gala seating. More than 600 guests can enjoy concerts and shows standing up. The Kulturhaus has an appropriate sound and lighting system. The building and the hall in particular have recently been modernized and refurbished: Blackout blinds, new façade, refurbished stage area including LED screen and state-of-the-art technical equipment. There is an adjoining bar area, which enables bar service and catering as required. The sanitary facilities have also been renovated, with a barrier-free WC at ground level to the hall and a wheelchair ramp at the entrance to the building. On the first floor, there are also several rooms that can be rented with the option of using the kitchen and, again, sanitary facilities. A screen and projector can also be used individually for conferences and meetings. WLAN is available in the building.</p><p></p><p>The bright, friendly hall with freshly refurbished parquet flooring and a renovated stage has a modern sound and lighting system. It can accommodate up to 600 guests standing, 200 in gala seating and can be set up in various ways (see room plans). Adjacent is a bar area with bar facilities, behind and above the stage there are further rooms for artists: checkrooms, separate sanitary facilities. The hall is equipped with blackout blinds, various light settings and barrier-free access via a ramp and a ground-level disabled toilet.
