Der Kaffeehausbetrieb in Zitters mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen und Barista Kaffee ist samstags, sonntags und an Feiertagen geöffnet. Das Café liegt direkt am zertifizierten Familienwanderweg "Guck- und Putschelweg" und am Kohlbachtaler Sagenweg. Gegenüber vom Café befindet sich ein Wasserspielplatz für Kinder. Das Anwesen steht in einer langen Tradition als Gastwirtschaft, deren Anfänge bis ins 16. Jahrhundert zurückreichen. Über Jahrhunderte hinweg diente es vor allem Waldarbeitern als Einkehrstätte. 1954 wurde der Gasthausbetrieb eingestellt. Rund 70 Jahre später lässt der Enkel der einstigen Wirtsleute die Tradition wieder aufleben und führt sie mit dem Café im Kohlbachtal in die Gegenwart fort.
