Die besondere Führung beginnt am Wanderparkplatz Weißes Haus, an der Info-Tafel. Zu Beginn wird anhand von Luftbildaufnahmen und alten Fotos die Geschichte des Weißen Hauses, die Wendestelle der Mühlhäuser Straßenbahn, das B-Lager, die Thielsche Siedlung und das Deutsche Bratwurstmuseum erläutert. Entlang des Weges geht es vorbei an der vom Bad Langensalzaer Künstler Harald Stieding 2002 geschaffenen Beton-Stele für die jüdischen Zwangsarbeiterinnen des ehemaligen KZ-Buchenwald-Außenlagers Martha II. Im Mühlhäuser Stadtwald wird an mehreren Stationen über die Sehenswürdigkeiten des großen Kommunalwaldes und über den geplanten schrittweisen Waldumbau berichtet. Besonders sehenswert sind die Mammutbäume, die an verschiedenen Orten im Stadtwald zu sehen sind. Inmitten des Waldes versteckt liegt der ehemalige Rüstungsbetrieb der Gerätebau GmbH. Die Industrie- und Militärgeschichte wird anhand von Lageplänen, Bildern und Erläuterungen vor Ort aufgezeigt. Die geführte Wanderung dauert ca. 2,5 Stunden. Es ist auf wetterfeste Kleidung und festes Schuhwerk zu achten. Rucksack und eventuell Wanderstöcke werden empfohlen.

La visite guidée spéciale commence au parking de randonnée de la « Weiße Haus », près du panneau d'information. Au début, l'histoire de la « Weiße Haus », du terminus du tramway de Mühlhausen, du camp B, du lotissement Thiel et du Musée allemand de la saucisse grillée est racontée à l'aide de vues aériennes et de photos d'époque. Le long du chemin, on passe devant la stèle en béton créée en 2002 par l’artiste Harald Stieding, originaire de Bad Langensalza, en hommage aux travailleuses forcées juives de l’ancien camp annexe de Buchenwald, Martha II. Dans la forêt municipale de Mühlhausen, plusieurs stations fournissent des informations sur les curiosités de cette grande forêt communale et sur la restructuration progressive prévue de la forêt. Les séquoias, que l'on peut observer à différents endroits de la forêt municipale, valent particulièrement le détour. Cachée au cœur de la forêt se trouve l'ancienne usine d'armement de la société Gerätebau GmbH. L'histoire industrielle et militaire est présentée sur place à l'aide de plans, de photos et d'explications. La randonnée guidée dure environ 2 h 30. Il est recommandé de porter des vêtements imperméables et des chaussures de marche. Un sac à dos et éventuellement des bâtons de randonnée sont conseillés.

The special tour begins at the Weißes Haus hiking parking lot, by the information board. At the start, the history of the Weißes Haus, the turning point of the Mühlhausen tram, Camp B, the Thielsche Siedlung, and the German Bratwurst Museum is explained using aerial photographs and old photos. Along the way, the route passes the concrete stele created in 2002 by Bad Langensalza artist Harald Stieding in memory of the Jewish forced laborers at the former Buchenwald satellite camp Martha II. In the Mühlhausen City Forest, several stations provide information about the attractions of the large municipal forest and the planned gradual forest restructuring. Particularly worth seeing are the sequoias, which can be found at various locations in the city forest. Hidden in the middle of the forest lies the former armaments plant of Gerätebau GmbH. The industrial and military history is illustrated on-site through site plans, pictures, and explanations. The guided hike lasts approximately 2.5 hours. Please wear weatherproof clothing and sturdy shoes. A backpack and hiking poles are recommended.
