SIMPLE + NATURAL + SUSTAINABLE We are able to live our calling—creating a place at the mill where we can live simply, naturally, and sustainably. We associate SIMPLE with easygoing, serene, Franciscan, passionate, and "less is more." NATURAL in the sense of original, valuable, and diverse. That's why we grow our own fruit and vegetables, use organic, unprocessed products, and eat a predominantly vegetarian diet. For us, living SUSTAINABLY means treating creation with reverence, preserving and respecting the treasures of nature. With future generations in mind, we are creating a way of life that is generative, alternative, ecological, conscious, and supportive.
SIMPLE + NATUREL + DURABLE Nous avons la chance de pouvoir vivre notre vocation : créer au moulin un lieu où nous pouvons vivre de manière simple, naturelle et durable. Par SIMPLE, nous entendons léger, serein, franciscain, passionné et « moins c'est plus ». NATUREL dans le sens d'original, précieux, diversifié. C'est pourquoi nous cultivons nos propres fruits et légumes, utilisons des produits biologiques non transformés et avons une alimentation principalement végétarienne. Vivre de manière DURABLE signifie pour nous traiter la création avec respect, préserver et respecter les trésors de la nature. Dans l'intérêt des générations futures, nous créons un modèle de vie qui est génératif, alternatif, écologique, conscient et solidaire.
EINFACH + NATÜRLICH + NACHHALTIG Wir dürfen unsere Berufung leben - gestalten an der Mühle einen Ort, an dem wir einfach, natürlich und nachhaltig leben. Mit EINFACH verbinden wir leicht - gelassen - franziskanisch - leidenschaftlich und "weniger ist mehr". NATÜRLICH in dem Verständnis von ursprünglich - wertvoll - vielfältig. Deshalb bauen wir Obst und Gemüse selber an, verwenden biologische, unverarbeitete Produkte und ernähren uns vorwiegend vegetarisch. NACHHALTIG leben bedeutet für uns, wir gehen ehrfürchtig mit der Schöpfung um, bewahren und achten die Schätze der Natur.
