Our two cozy 30 and 35 square meter apartments, each on two floors, are located in a half-timbered house, in a quiet location directly in the historic old town of Mühlhausen. All the sights are within easy walking distance from here. These include the town wall that runs around the old town with its accessible historical fortifications, 11 medieval churches, the town hall and the entire old town as an area monument. The town invites you to stroll and wander around. The Thüringentherme spa, for example, offers a range of activities in the town. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within walking distance. Sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von hier aus fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Dazu zählen u. a. die um die Altstadt verlaufende Stadtmauer mit begehbarer historischer Wehranlage, 11 mittelalterliche Kirchen, das Rathaus und die gesamte Altstadt als Flächendenkmal. Die Stadt lädt zum Bummeln und Flanieren ein. Aktivangebote in der Stadt bietet z. B. die Thüringentherme. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
