Die Wartburg-Stiftung ist eine rechtsfähige Stiftung des öffentlichen Rechts mit Sitz in Eisenach. Die Stiftung hat seit ihrer Gründung 1922 die Aufgabe, die Wartburg und ihre Kunstschätze in würdiger Form als Kulturstätte von internationalem Rang und Denkmal der deutschen Geschichte zu erhalten und der Allgemeinheit zugänglich zu machen.
