Die St. Anna Kirche im Sömmerdaer Ortsteil Frohndorf wurde im Jahr 1273 erstmals urkundlich erwähnt. Die Orgel, die 1906 durch die Söhne von Julius Strobel eingebaut wurde, ist zurzeit nicht funktionstüchtig. Die 1721 errichteten Anbauten, die der Aufnahme der herrschaftlichen Gestühle dienten, wurden in den 1950/60er-Jahren wieder entfernt. Erhalten blieb das Erdgeschoss des nördlichen Anbaus, das als Gruft für die Familie von Werthern angelegt worden war. Im Jahr 1800 fand hier die letzte Beisetzung statt. Die Gemeinde der St. Anna Kirche ist Teil des Evangelischen Kirchenkreises Eisleben-Sömmerda. Gottesdienste finden monatlich statt.
