Die Nicolai & Sohn Whiskeybrennerei entstand 2018 im Erfurt Kulturbahnhof Zughafen und wurde im Sommer 2020 eröffnet. In der Destillerie wird hohen Wert auf traditionelles Handwerk ohne "technische Spielereien" gesetzt. Die Produktionsschritte können innerhalb einer Tour durch die erhaltene Industriearchitektur des alten Güterbahnhofs begutachtet werden.
La distillerie de whisky Nicolai & Sohn a été créée en 2018 dans le Zughafen Kulturbahnhof d'Erfurt et a ouvert ses portes à l'été 2020. La distillerie accorde une grande importance à l'artisanat traditionnel, sans "gadgets techniques". Les étapes de la production peuvent être vues lors d'une visite de l'architecture industrielle préservée de l'ancienne gare de marchandises.
The Nicolai & Sohn whiskey distillery was established in 2018 in the Erfurt Kulturbahnhof Zughafen and opened in the summer of 2020.
