About: Döllstädt

Die 1220-Jahre alte Gemeinde Döllstädt wurde erstmals in einer Urkunde aus dem Jahr 779 zusammen mit Tonna genannt. Drei Bauwerke bestimmten das Ortsbild Döllstädts nach der Jahrtausendwende: die alte Kirche, das Zisterzienserinnenkloster und die Burg Steinfurt.  Bis zum Jahr 1212 gehörte der Ort den Herrn von Tullestete. Bis 1777 war noch eine Ortsbefestigung mit zwei Toren und einer Pforte erhalten. Die heutige Kirche wurde im Jahr 1542 neu geschaffen.  Am 15.12.1889 wurde Döllstädt an die Bahnstrecke Gotha - Tennstedt angeschlossen und am 25. November 1897 an die Zugverbindung Erfurt - Langensalza. 1974 feierte man in Döllstädt das 1100-jährige Ortsjubiläum.  Nach 1990 wurden zahlreiche Gemeindestraßen erneuert und der Ort um das neu geschaffene Wohnungsbaugebiet „Im Teich" erweitert. Hier entstanden in relativ kurzer Zeit 32 Reihenhäuser sowie 50 Einfamilien- und Doppelhäuser sowie staatlich geförderte Wohnungen im sozialen Wohnungsbau. Seit 1990 haben sich im Döllstädter Gewerbegebiet mehrere kleinere und mittelständische Unternehmen angesiedelt. Heute zählt die Gemeinde 1200 Einwohner. Vom Jahr 1950 an wurde das ehemalige Döllstädter Schloß als staatliches Altenpflegeheim genutzt. Seit 1990 wird das Altenpflegeheim vom Diakonieverein "St. Peter und Paul" Döllstädt e. V. betrieben. Seit 2001 bietet ein Neubau für 60 alte und pflegebedürftige Menschen aus unserer Region optimale Bedingungen für einen angenehmen Lebensabend.  Mit hohem finanziellen Aufwand hat auch die Gemeinde Döllstädt in den vergangenen Jahren ihre Kindertageseinrichtung erneuert und das Gebäude der ehemaligen Gemeindeverwaltung zu einem Dorfgemeinschaftshaus umgestaltet, in dem Vereine und Festlichkeiten der Bürger ein Zuhause finden. Döllstädt als Gemeinde im Mittelpunkt der Verwaltungsgemeinschaft "Fahner Höhe" mit sehr guter verkehrsmäßiger Erschließung durch Straßen- und auch Eisenbahnverbindungen sowie entwickelter gemeindlicher Infrastruktur ist somit ein guter Standort für Wohn- und Gewerbeansiedlungen.

La commune de Döllstädt, vieille de 1220 ans, a été mentionnée pour la première fois dans un document datant de 779, en même temps que Tonna. Trois édifices ont déterminé la physionomie de Döllstadt après le changement de millénaire : l'ancienne église, le couvent de cisterciennes et le château de Steinfurt. Jusqu'en 1212, le village appartenait aux seigneurs de Tullestete. Jusqu'en 1777, il existait encore une fortification du village avec deux portes et un portail. L'église actuelle a été reconstruite en 1542. Le 15 décembre 1889, Döllstädt fut raccordé à la ligne de chemin de fer Gotha - Tennstedt et le 25 novembre 1897 à la liaison ferroviaire Erfurt - Langensalza. En 1974, Döllstädt a fêté ses 1100 ans d'existence. Après 1990, de nombreuses routes communales ont été rénovées et la localité s'est agrandie avec la création de la zone résidentielle "Im Teich". En relativement peu de temps, 32 maisons mitoyennes ainsi que 50 maisons individuelles et jumelées y ont été construites, de même que des logements subventionnés par l'État dans le cadre de la construction de logements sociaux. Depuis 1990, plusieurs petites et moyennes entreprises se sont installées dans la zone industrielle de Doellstadt. Aujourd'hui, la commune compte 1200 habitants. À partir de 1950, l'ancien château de Doellstadt a été utilisé comme maison de retraite médicalisée par l'État. Depuis 1990, la maison de retraite est gérée par l'association diaconale "St. Peter und Paul" Döllstädt e.V.. Depuis 2001, un nouveau bâtiment offre à 60 personnes âgées et dépendantes de notre région des conditions optimales pour une fin de vie agréable. Au cours des dernières années, la commune de Döllstädt a également rénové son établissement d'accueil de jour pour enfants et transformé le bâtiment de l'ancienne administration communale en une maison commune de village, dans laquelle les associations et les festivités des citoyens trouvent un foyer. Döllstädt, commune située au centre de la communauté administrative "Fahner Höhe", très bien desservie par les routes et les voies ferrées et dotée d'une infrastructure communale développée, est donc un bon site pour l'implantation d'habitations et d'entreprises.

The 1220-year-old village of Döllstädt was first mentioned in a document from the year 779 together with Tonna. Three buildings determined the appearance of Döllstädt after the turn of the millennium: the old church, the Cistercian monastery and Steinfurt Castle. Until 1212 the village belonged to the lords of Tullestete. Until 1777 a village fortification with two gates and a gate was still preserved. The present church was built in 1542. On December 15, 1889, Döllstädt was connected to the Gotha - Tennstedt railroad line and on November 25, 1897, to the Erfurt - Langensalza train line. In 1974, Döllstädt celebrated its 1100th anniversary. After 1990, numerous municipal roads were renewed and the village was expanded by the newly created housing development area "Im Teich". Here, 32 terraced houses as well as 50 single-family and semi-detached houses and state-subsidized apartments in social housing were built in a relatively short time. Since 1990, several small and medium-sized companies have settled in the Döllstadt business park. Today the community has 1200 inhabitants. From 1950 onwards, the former Döllstadt castle was used as a state nursing home for the elderly. Since 1990, the nursing home has been operated by the "St. Peter and Paul" Döllstädt e. V. deaconry association. Since 2001, a new building has offered 60 elderly people from our region who are in need of care optimal conditions for a pleasant retirement. In recent years, the municipality of Döllstädt has also renewed its daycare center at great financial expense and converted the building of the former municipal administration into a village community center where clubs and festivities of the citizens find a home. Döllstädt as a community in the center of the administrative community "Fahner Höhe" with very good transport connections by road and rail as well as a developed community infrastructure is thus a good location for residential and commercial settlements.
