Même en hiver, la nature est pleine de vie et de surprises. Lors de cette excursion familiale dans la zone FFH « Hohe Schrecke », nous découvrirons ensemble comment la nature se transforme pendant la saison froide. Avec Petra Kohlmann, guide certifiée en nature et paysage, nous partirons à la recherche de trésors naturels comestibles tels que les cynorrhodons, les prunelles et le mouron des oiseaux, tout en écoutant des histoires passionnantes sur le monde végétal en hiver. Grâce à de petites activités participatives et à quelques surprises culinaires, la randonnée devient une expérience pour tous les sens. Notre chemin nous mènera jusqu’au pont de singe, puis jusqu’au belvédère avec vue sur la vallée de l’Unstrut. Pour terminer, une pause conviviale nous attend à la ferme apicole de Braunsroda, autour d’un café et de gâteaux ou gaufres faits maison. Auch im Winter ist die Natur voller Leben und Überraschungen. Bei der Familien-Exkursion in das FFH-Gebiet "Hohe Schrecke", erkunden wir gemeinsam, wie sich die Natur in der kalten Jahreszeit verändert. Zusammen mit der zertifizierten Natur- und Landschaftsführerin Petra Kohlmann entdecken wir essbare Naturschätze wie Hagebutten, Schlehdornbeeren und Vogelmiere und erfahren spannende Geschichten rund um die Pflanzenwelt im Winter. Mit kleinen Mitmachaktionen und kulinarischen Überraschungen wird die Wanderung zu einem Erlebnis für alle Sinne. Unser Weg führt und zur Hängeseilbrücke und schließlich bis zum Aussichtspunkt ins Unstruttal. Zum Abschluss erwartet uns in der Hofimkerei in Braunsroda eine gemütliche Runde bei Kaffee und selbstgebackenem Kuchen oder Waffeln. Even in winter, nature is full of life and surprises. During the family excursion into the FFH area “Hohe Schrecke”, we will explore together how nature changes during the cold season. Together with certified nature and landscape guide Petra Kohlmann, we will discover edible natural treasures such as rose hips, sloe berries and chickweed, while learning fascinating stories about the plant world in winter. With small hands-on activities and culinary surprises, the hike becomes an experience for all the senses. Our trail leads us to the hang rope bridge and finally to the viewpoint overlooking the Unstrut Valley. To round off the day, we will gather for a cosy break at the beekeeping farm in Braunsroda, with coffee and homemade cake or waffles.
