Neustadt ist ein Ortsteil der Landgemeinde Am Ohmberg im thüringischen Landkreis Eichsfeld. Neustadt mit der schönsten und größten Angerlinde des Eichsfeldes liegt auf einer Anhöhe, nordwestlich der Hasenburg. Das Dorf ist ein sogenanntes Straßendorf und zeichnet sich durch seine übersichtliche Anordnung der Gebäude aus, welche auf die ursprüngliche Bedeutung als Befestigungsanlage hinweist.
