In der Nähe Saalburgs und des Bleilochstausees liegt Kulm und die Georgskirche. Sie wurde wohl um 1223 dort errichtet. Sie bot mit ihrer eisenbeschlagenen Eingangstür in Notzeiten einen Schutz für die Einwohner. 1628 wurde die Kirche umgebaut, die Fenster vergrößert und eine Eingangshalle vor die kunstvoll beschlagene Tür gesetzt. Der Kircheninnenraum ist überaus farbig gestaltet. An der Decke und den Emporen sind über vierzig Bilder mit biblischen Motiven abgebildet. Der kleine spätgotische Altar zeigt unter anderem die Krönung der Maria, Johannes den Täufer, Katharina und Barbara. 1684 und 1686 wurde der Taufstein mit Krone gestiftet. Im Kirchturm hängen drei Bronzeglocken. Die Kirche Kulm ist Teil des Kirchspiels Zoppoten.
Kulm and St. George's Church are located near Saalburg and the Bleiloch reservoir. The church was probably built there around 1223. With its iron-clad entrance door, it offered protection for the inhabitants in times of need. In 1628, the church was rebuilt, the windows enlarged, and an entrance hall added in front of the artistically decorated door. The interior of the church is extremely colorful. Over forty pictures with biblical motifs are depicted on the ceiling and galleries. The small late Gothic altar shows, among other things, the coronation of Mary, John the Baptist, Catherine, and Barbara. In 1684 and 1686, the baptismal font with crown was donated. Three bronze bells hang in the church tower. The church in Kulm is part of the parish of Zoppoten.
