History: The origins of the Seubrigshäuser church are unknown. According to old documents, a small church must have stood there as early as the beginning of the 16th century. In 1830, a new church was built from materials taken from the Petersberg Church in Maria Bildhausen, which the parish had purchased at auction. Parts of the south wall and the gable wall still date from the old church. The new church was consecrated on November 14, 1830. In 1891, the church was extended by 6 meters because it had become too small for the number of inhabitants. In 1951, the tower clock was installed. In 1954, a new floor was laid, the pews were renewed, and the altars and figures were restored. A new high altarpiece by Willy Jakob was created, and the altars and organ were redesigned. Features: The nave is a hall with a flat recessed ceiling. The choir room is separated from the nave by a triumphal arch. The furnishings date from the early Baroque period. The ceiling painting depicts a scene from the life of St. Kilian: the baptism of Duke Gosbert below Marienburg Castle. Kolonat observes on the left and Totnan on the right. The altars date from the first half of the 18th century. The painting on the high altar shows the crucifixion group and an image of God the Father with seraphim. St. Kilian and St. Burkard are depicted as assistant figures. On high pedestals stand the figures of Anna with Mary (left) and Mary with Child (right). The right side altar shows Joseph with the boy Jesus, St. Catherine (right), and Anna with Mary (left). On the left side altar stands a neo-Gothic statue of Mary and, in the extension, a statue of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The central image shows the Holy Family. The pulpit is decorated with the four evangelists. The church has a total of eight stained glass windows. The first window on the left shows Mary Immaculate. The second window on the left shows Anna with Mary. On the right side, Joseph with the baby Jesus can be seen in the first window and Anthony with Jesus in the second window. The 14 Holy Helpers are invoked in the third window. On the side walls are figures of St. Wendelin, St. Sebastian, St. Francis, and Brother Conrad. There is also a relief image of the Holy Family.
