Les animaux proviennent de bassins d'élevage alimentés par des étangs de montagne clairs et trouvent ici leur chemin vers les restaurants et les hôtels de la région de l'Ilm en Thuringe. Pour ceux qui ne souhaitent pas se rendre aussi loin, l'équipe de la ferme à truites peut également servir personnellement les poissons nobles sur la belle table de Meyersgrund - fraîchement pêchés, avec de nombreuses variantes et 50 ans d'expérience à l'appui, un régal garanti. Die Tiere stammen aus mit klarem Gebirgsteichen gespeisten Zuchtteichen und finden von hier aus ihren Weg in die Gaststätten und Hotels des Thüringer Ilm-Kreises. Wer gar nicht weiter fahren will, dem zaubert das Team des Forellenhofes die Edelfische im schönen Meyersgrund aber auch ganz persönlich auf den Tisch – fangfrisch, variantenreich und mit 50 Jahren Erfahrungsschatz im Background ein garantierter Hochgenuss.
