Dans la Steubenstraße prolongée, juste à l'angle de la Gropiusstraße, une grenouille surdimensionnée et sûre d'elle trône sur une fontaine en grès calcaire régional. Sur le côté de l'élévation, deux corbeaux stylisés sont suggérés en miniature. Sur le côté droit se trouve un abreuvoir pour animaux. Arno Zauche, qui compte parmi les élèves les plus talentueux d'Adolf von Donndorf, a créé la fontaine vers 1910 sur commande de la ville. L'emplacement initial de la fontaine se trouvait à proximité du Jakobsplan. En 1938, la fontaine tubulaire fut déplacée à son emplacement actuel, près de l'école Jenaplan de Weimar.
In der verlängerten Steubenstraße, direkt an der Ecke zur Gropiusstraße thront ein überdimensionaler selbstbewusster Frosch auf einem Brunnen aus regionalem Kalksandstein. Seitlich der Erhöhung sind zwei stilisierte Raben in Miniaturform angedeutet. An der rechten Seite ist ein Tiertränkbecken angebracht. Arno Zauche, der zu den talentiertesten Schülern Adolf von Donndorfs zählt, schuf den Brunnen um 1910 im städtischen Auftrag. Ursprünglicher Standort der Brunnenanlage war in der Nähe des Jakobsplans, 1938 wurde der Röhrenbrunnen an die heutige Stelle nahe der Jenaplanschule Weimar versetzt.
In the extended Steubenstraße, directly at the corner of Gropiusstraße, an oversized self-confident frog is enthroned on a fountain made of regional sand-lime stone. To the side of the elevation are two stylized ravens in miniature. On the right side is an animal watering basin. Arno Zauche, one of Adolf von Donndorf's most talented students, created the fountain around 1910 on a municipal commission. The original location of the fountain was near the Jakobsplan, in 1938 the tube fountain was moved to its present location near the Jenaplanschule Weimar.
