Das innen weitgehend veränderte Fachwerkgebäude besticht in seinem Gebäudeäußeren durch die schlichte Fachwerkkonstruktion mit bündig schließenden Stockwerken unter einem Walmdach. In dem ehemaligen "Küsterhaus" der Kirchengemeinde Divi-Blasii wurde im oberen Stockwerk 2012 eine Ferienwohnung integriert. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Restaurant mit Außengastronomie. Hier kann man bei einem genussvollen Essen einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Divi-Blasii-Kirche genießen.
