According to the study "Catholic Priests and State Security", a total of 86 priests were listed as unofficial collaborators of the State Security. Three of them worked in what is now the diocese of Erfurt. The event will present the sources and place the findings against the historical background of the relationship between the state and the Catholic Church in the GDR.

Selon l'étude "Les prêtres catholiques et la Staatssicherheit", 86 prêtres au total ont été considérés comme des collaborateurs officiels de la Staatssicherheit. Trois d'entre eux travaillaient dans l'actuel diocèse d'Erfurt.
