1953 rief Johannes Ernst Köhler die „Stunde der Orgelmusik“ ins Leben. Seither finden alljährlich zwischen Pfingsten und dem Erntedankfest wöchentliche Orgelkonzerte an diesem traditionsreichen Ort statt, die sich großer Beliebtheit erfreuen. Mittlerweile zieht das „Orgelsommer“ genannte Festival viele Künstler und Besucher von nah und fern an.
En 1953, Johannes Ernst Köhler a créé l'"Heure de musique d'orgue". Depuis lors, des concerts d'orgue hebdomadaires ont lieu chaque année entre la Pentecôte et la fête des moissons dans ce lieu riche en traditions, et sont très appréciés. Entre-temps, le festival appelé "Orgelsommer" attire de nombreux artistes et visiteurs de près et de loin.

Since then, weekly organ concerts have been held every year between Whitsun and Thanksgiving at this tradition-steeped venue and have enjoyed great popularity.
