Au numéro 26 de la Alexanderstraße à Kranichfeld, le nouveau glacier « La Casa del Gelato » a ouvert ses portes et apporte depuis lors une touche italienne à la ville. Le propriétaire Cosimo Stendardo, qui avait déjà suscité l'enthousiasme avec son camion de glaces, propose désormais des spécialités glacées maison dans un magasin rénové avec soin. Les glaces sont préparées chaque jour et vendues directement dans la rue. Devant le magasin, des sièges invitent à s'attarder afin que les clients puissent déguster leur glace sur place en toute tranquillité. Le glacier est ouvert tous les jours de mars à octobre, de 10 h à 20 h. Une boule de glace coûte 1,50 euro, ce qui est moins cher que dans de nombreuses villes environnantes. Grâce à son emplacement directement sur la piste cyclable de la vallée de l'Ilm, « La Casa del Gelato » est devenue une étape populaire pour les cyclistes, les promeneurs et les touristes. Les habitants se réjouissent également de ce nouvel enrichissement culinaire qui redonne vie à un magasin auparavant vacant.

Der Inhaber Cosimo Stendardo, der bereits mit seinem Eismobil für Begeisterung sorgte, bietet nun in einem liebevoll renovierten Ladenlokal hausgemachte Eisspezialitäten an. Die Eissorten werden täglich frisch hergestellt und direkt an der Straße verkauft. In und vor dem Geschäft laden Sitzplätze zum Verweilen ein, sodass Gäste ihr Eis entspannt vor Ort genießen können. Die Eisdiele hat täglich von März bis Oktober geöffnet, jeweils von 10 bis 20 Uhr. Eine Kugel Eis kostet 1,50 Euro und ist damit günstiger als in vielen umliegenden Städten. Dank der Lage direkt am Ilmtal-Radweg ist „La Casa del Gelato“ ein beliebter Zwischenstopp für Radfahrer, Spaziergänger und Touristen geworden. Auch die Einheimischen freuen sich über die neue kulinarische Bereicherung, die einen zuvor leerstehenden Laden wieder mit Leben füllt.
The new ice cream parlor "La Casa del Gelato" has opened its doors at Alexanderstraße 26 in Kranichfeld and has been bringing Italian flair to the city ever since. Owner Cosimo Stendardo, who already caused a stir with his ice cream truck, now offers homemade ice cream specialties in a lovingly renovated shop.
