A historic three-sided farmhouse, listed as a historic monument, gutted and completely renovated by 2020. We have been welcoming guests to our vacation rental since 2021. With 100 m² of space, the apartment offers plenty of room for several people: one bathroom, two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a cot, and a sofa bed in the living room allow up to 6 people and a toddler to enjoy a green vacation. You can also expect a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, books, and board games. Parking and Wi-Fi are available. Charging an electric car is possible by arrangement. Both a high-voltage connection and a 220 V socket are available. Please bring your own charger and note that there is a charge for using the electricity. Information about the village: Our little village has less than 500 inhabitants. But we take every opportunity to celebrate extensively: Pentecost, Easter, the wine blossom festival, May bonfires, the rose blossom festival, the local festival, and not to forget the festivals in our neighboring villages: wine mile, wine spring, cherry festival, wine festival, and the farm festivals of the individual winegrowers.
Otherwise, life here is pretty quiet: the rooster crows, a horse neighs occasionally, and otherwise the garbage truck comes every Thursday and beeps as it reverses for a minute, and the fire department checks whether their siren is still working every Wednesday at 3 p.m.... that's about it. In the village itself, there is a historic manor house, a playground, a butcher, and a farm shop selling vegetables and green plants, as well as a park, two restaurants, and two riding stables. The Way of St. James pilgrimage route leads past the paddocks right through the middle of the village. Large trucks are not allowed to drive in our village due to the load capacity of our river bridge, and the entire village is a 30 km/h zone. Information about the region: If you want more than just peace and quiet and nature, we also offer culture and entertainment! It is 3 km to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Naumburg Cathedral, 4 km to the medieval castle Neuenburg Castle, to the nearest outdoor swimming pool, and to one of the most successful East German companies: the Rotkäppchen sparkling wine cellars. It is 6 km to the cinema, 8 km to the nearest indoor swimming pool, 10 km to the Pforta Monastery State School, 13 km to the nearest zoo, and 30 km to the visitor center for the Nebra Sky Disk. And if you do want to visit a big city, you can drive to the city centers of Leipzig, Weimar, or Erfurt.

Ein historischer 3-Seiten-Bauernhof, denkmalgeschützt, entkernt und bis 2020 komplett saniert. Seit 2021 heißen wir in unserer Ferienwohnung Gäste willkommen. Mit 100 m² bietet die Wohnung reichlich Platz für mehrere Personen: Ein Badezimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und einem Kinderbett, sowie ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer erlauben es bis zu 6 Personen und einem Kleinkind ganz im grünen Urlaub zu machen. Es erwartet Sie außerdem eine ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit TV, Büchern und Gesellschaftsspielen.
Parkplatz und WLAN sind vorhanden. Das Laden eines E-Autos ist nach Absprache möglich. Sowohl ein Starkstromanschluss als auch eine 220 V Steckdose stehen zur Verfügung. Das Ladegerät ist bitte selbst mitzubringen und für die Nutzung des Stromes fallen Nutzungsgebühren an.
Informationen zum Dorf: Nicht einmal 500 Einwohner zählt unser kleines Dörfchen. Dafür nutzen wir jede Gelegenheit um ausgiebig zu feiern: Pfingsten, Ostern, Weinblütenfest, Maifeuer, Rosenblütenfest, Heimatfest und nicht zu vergessen die Feste unsere Nachbarorte: Weinmeile, Weinfrühling, Kirschfest, Winzerfest und die Hoffeste der einzelnen Winzer. Ansonsten leben wir hier eher ruhig: Es kräht der Hahn, es wiehert mal ein Pferd und ansonsten kommt jeden Donnerstag die Müllabfuhr und piepst beim einminütigen rückwärtsfahren und die Feuerwehr überprüft immer mittwochs 15 Uhr, ob ihre Sirene noch geht ... das war's auch schon.
Im Ort selbst gibt es ein historisches Gutshaus, einen Spielplatz, einen Fleischer und einen Hofverkauf von Gemüse und Grünpflanzen, außerdem einen Park, zwei Gaststätten und zwei Reiterhöfe. Der Jakobspilger-Weg führt an den Pferdekoppeln vorbei mitten durchs Dorf. Große LKWs dürfen in unserem Dörfchen wegen der Traglast unserer Flussbrücke nicht fahren, außerdem ist das komplette Dorf eine 30er-Zone.

Kultur und Unterhaltung können wir auch! 3 km sind es bis zum UNSESCO Welterbe Naumburger Dom, 4 km bis zur Mittelalterburg: Schloss Neuenburg, zum nächsten Freibad und zu einer der erfolgreichsten ostdeutschen Firmen überhaupt: der Rotkäppchen Sektkellerei 6 km bis zum Kino 8 km bis zum nächsten Hallenbad 10 km bis zur Landesschule Kloster Pforta 13 km bis zum nächsten Tierpark 30 km bis zum Besucherzentrum der Himmelsscheibe von Nebra Und wenn es doch einmal die große Stadt sein soll, dann sind Sie mit dem Auto in einer Stunde sprich 65 km im Stadtzentrum von Leipzig, Weimar oder Erfurt.
