Starting at Wurzbacher Markt with station 1 (iron stele in front of the "Bunten Turm") - head towards the Thüringer Hof restaurant on the upper side of the market - turn right through a narrow lane, following the Mühlenweg until you reach the town park - at the end of the town park, turn left towards Benignengrün, leave the road after a few hundred metres on the right and walk along the edge of the forest for a short distance - turn right again and you will now climb through the forest on narrow paths to the lookout point at Vogelsberg, keeping to the left at the forest road - now follow the forest road for 1.5 km to the Vogelsberg crossroads with a refuge and "Station 6" - cross this straight ahead until you come to a fork in the road after 1 km and turn right - after another 800 m you will reach a larger trail spider: Here you have the choice between the shorter way back via Heinrichsort on narrow forest paths and go straight on (Attention: This routing is still in planning and therefore not signposted and marked) . or Enjoy more stations and info elements and take the longer way back via the Rennsteig, Grumbach, Dürrenbach on wider, barrier-free forest paths back to Wurzbach and turn sharp left. Sur le long chemin de retour, vous atteignez le Rennsteig après 1,6 km et prenez à droite en direction de Grumbach, où vous pouvez vous restaurer dans les établissements (réservation recommandée !) - Vous avez fait la moitié du chemin ! - de Grumbach, revenez sur le Rennsteig en direction du cimetière et utilisez le chemin de terre pour traverser une surface agricole , au bout de laquelle vous restez à gauche et marchez jusqu'à la route - tournez brusquement à droite sur une longue route forestière peu accessible - après 1,4 km, restez à droite à la bifurcation en direction du centre de Dürrenbach - à la sortie de Dürrenbach, quittez la route et tournez à gauche, le long de la lisière de la forêt, continuez tout droit vers les lieux-dits Unterpröstrich et descendez la pente jusqu'au moulin Knauermühle - à la rue transversale, tournez à droite en direction de Wurzbach et plus tard encore à droite dans la Lehestener Staße - traversez le carrefour en direction du centre-ville (nord-est) vers le parc municipal et traversez celui-ci pour revenir à la place du marché où le restaurant "Thüringer Hof" vous accueille pour vous faire déguster des plats régionaux. Diese enthält eine kleine Einführung mit Kartenübersicht und stimmt Sie auf die bevorstehende Wanderung ein. Richtung Gaststätte Thüringer Hof an der oberen Marktseite - nach rechts durch eine schmale Gasse - folgen Sie dem Mühlenweg bis zum Stadtpark. Am Ende des Stadtparkes links Richtung Benignengrün, verlassen Sie die Straße nach wenigen hundert Metern rechts und gehen ein kleines Stück am Waldrand entlang. Wieder nach rechts erfolgt nun der Aufstieg durch den Wald auf schmalen Wegen zum Aussichtspunkt am Vogelsberg, wobei Sie sich an der Forststraße dann links halten. Folgen Sie nun der Forststraße für 1,5 km bis zur Kreuzung am Vogelsberg mit Schutzhütte und der "Station 6". Diese überqueren Sie geradeaus bis Sie nach 1 km an eine Weggabelung kommen und gehen rechts. Nach weiteren 800 m erreichen Sie eine größere Wegespinne. Hier gehen Sie scharf links und erreichen nach 1,6 km den Rennsteig, den Sie in Richtung Grumbach nach rechts folgen. Die Hälfte der Strecke ist geschafft! Zeit für eine Stärkung in den Einkehrmöglichkeiten des kleinen Ortes. Eine Anmeldung vorab ist hier empfohlen! Von Grumbach aus gehen Sie zurück auf den Rennsteig Richtung Friedhof und nutzen den Feldweg zur Überquerung einer Landwirtschaftsfläche, an deren Ende Sie sich links halten und bis zur Straße gehen. Scharf rechts biegen Sie auf eine lange barrierearme Forststraße ein. Nach 1,4 km halten Sie sich an der Weggabelung rechts Richtung Ortsmitte Dürrenbach. Am Ortsausgang Dürrenbach verlassen Sie die Straße und biegen links ab, am Waldrand entlang, gerade an der Ortslage Unterpröstrich vorbei und den Hang hinunter bis zur Knauermühle. Folgen Sie nun der Forststraße für 1,5 km bis zur Kreuzung am Vogelsberg mit Schutzhütte und der "Station 6". Diese überqueren Sie geradeaus bis Sie nach 1 km an eine Weggabelung kommen und gehen rechts. Nach weiteren 800 m erreichen Sie eine größere Wegespinne. Hier gehen Sie scharf links und erreichen nach 1,6 km den Rennsteig, den Sie in Richtung Grumbach nach rechts folgen. Die Hälfte der Strecke ist geschafft! Zeit für eine Stärkung in den Einkehrmöglichkeiten des kleinen Ortes. Eine Anmeldung vorab ist hier empfohlen!</p> <p>Von Grumbach aus gehen Sie zurück auf den Rennsteig Richtung Friedhof und nutzen den Feldweg zur Überquerung einer Landwirtschaftsfläche, an deren Ende Sie sich links halten und bis zur Straße gehen. Scharf rechts biegen Sie auf eine lange barrierearme Forststraße ein. Nach 1,4 km halten Sie sich an der Weggabelung rechts Richtung Ortsmitte Dürrenbach. Am Ortsausgang Dürrenbach verlassen Sie die Straße und biegen links ab, am Waldrand entlang, gerade an der Ortslage Unterpröstrich vorbei und den Hang hinunter bis zur Knauermühle.
