Le parcours est en constante montée et descente. Vous affrontez trois montées courtes mais assez raides. Pas d’inquiétude, le reste du parcours est plutôt tranquille et tout simplement magnifique ! Vous garez votre voiture à l’entrée du village, près du monument. Le départ du sentier de ski de randonnée se trouve à côté de la pente pour luge. Il vous mène jusqu’à l’autre bout du village. Après un moment, tournez à droite directement sur le chemin cœur-nerfs. Pour ne pas rater la bonne bifurcation, suivez le panneau jaune de skieur avec un point vert ! Prenez le temps de vous retourner. La vue sur Frauenwald enneigé est tout simplement superbe. Votre chemin passe devant le moulin Fraubach. Ensuite, ça monte raide. Vous continuez vers Lenkgrund et glissez doucement sur des prairies enneigées en direction du monument. Si vous avez envie de vous restaurer, de nombreux excellents restaurants se trouvent aussi dans le village.

The route constantly goes up and down. You will overcome three short but fairly steep ascents. But don't worry, the rest of the route is quite leisurely and simply beautiful! You can park your car at the village entrance near the monument. You will find the entry to the ski hiking trail next to the toboggan run. It now leads you to the other end of the village. After a while, it goes right directly onto the Heart-Nerve Trail. To ensure you take the correct turn, follow the yellow skier sign with a green dot! Now you should take your time and just turn around for a moment. The view back to the snow-covered Frauenwald is simply breathtaking. Your path leads you past the Fraubach mill. Then it goes steeply uphill. You continue to Lenkgrund and slide gently back towards the monument over snow-covered meadows. If you feel like a refreshment only now, there are plenty of excellent inns in the village as well.

Es geht ständig auf und ab. Sie bewältigen drei kurze aber doch ziemlich steile Anstiege. Aber keine Bange, sonst ist die Strecke recht gemächlich und einfach wunderschön! Ihr Auto parken Sie am Ortseingang in der Nähe des Monuments. Den Einstieg zum Skiwanderweg finden Sie neben dem Rodelhang. Er führt Sie jetzt bis zum anderen Ortsende. Und nach einem Stück geht's rechts direkt auf den Herz - Nervenweg. Damit Sie den richtigen Abzweig erwischen, dem gelben Skiläuferschild mit grünem Punkt folgen ! Jetzt sollten Sie sich Zeit nehmen und sich einfach mal umdrehen. der Blick zurück auf das eingeschneite Frauenwald ist einfach traumhaft. Ihr Weg führt Sie vorbei an der Fraubachmühle.  Gleich geht's steil bergauf. Sie fahren weiter zum Lenkgrund und über verschneite Wiesen rutschen Sie dann sanft wieder Richtung Monument. Falls Sie erst jetzt Lust auf eine Stärkung haben, auch im Ort gibt es jede Menge exzellente Gasthöfe.

Le skieur de tête n'a pas besoin de se déporter, mais doit le faire s'il peut le faire sans danger. 5. Aux croisements, chacun doit se déporter à droite. Le skieur descendant a la priorité. 6. Lors des dépassements, être dépassé et aux rencontres, les bâtons doivent être tenus près du corps. 7. Chaque skieur doit adapter sa vitesse et son comportement à son niveau, aux conditions du terrain, à la densité du trafic et à la visibilité, surtout en descente. Il doit garder une distance de sécurité suffisante avec le skieur devant. Si nécessaire, il doit tomber pour éviter une collision. 8. Qui s'arrête doit sortir de la trace/piste. Un skieur tombé doit libérer la trace/piste au plus vite. 9. En cas d’accident, tout le monde est tenu de porter secours. 10. They must keep a sufficient safety distance to the skier ahead. If necessary, they must let themselves fall to avoid collisions. 8. Those who stop should leave the trail/slope. A fallen skier should clear the trail/slope as quickly as possible. 9. Everyone is obliged to help in case of accidents. 10. Everyone, whether a witness or involved party, responsible or not, must provide personal information in case of an accident.

In freier Lauftechnik ist auf der Piste rechts zu laufen. 4. Überholt werden darf rechts oder links. Der vordere Läufer braucht nicht auszuweichen. Er sollte aber ausweichen, wenn er es gefahrlos kann. 5. Bei Begegnungen hat jeder nach rechts auszuweichen. Der abfahrende Langläufer hat Vorrang. 6. Beim Überholen, Überholt werden und bei Begegnungen sind die Stöcke eng am Körper zu führen. 7.
