In Richtung Oberkrossen, vorbei am Bahnübergang Uhlstädt, locken im beschaulichen Dorfidyll bebilderte Infotafeln zu historischen Hochwassern der Saale und zur traditionellen Langholz-Flößerei. Unmittelbar am Spielplatz Oberkrossen gibt es an heißen Tagen eine willkommene Abkühlung am Wasserspiel. Der Weg zur Waldkante zeigt sich hier artenreich mit Fernblicken zur Leuchtenburg bei Kahla. Bergauf lädt die Rundtafel "Zeidlerei" ein, bevor die neue "Saalleitenhütte" erreicht wird. Am Bucheneck führt der Weg in einen Wiesengrund, hin zur Kirchruine Töpfersdorf mit Hütte. Ob noch immer an den historischen Mauern gewerkelt wird? Weil hier ein Teich wieder neu entsteht, ist der Weg im Grund bis 2021 beansprucht. Der steile Abstecher zur Schutzbaude Spechtschmiede lohnt, denn ihre Architektur ist einmalig. Eine schöne Aussicht ins Saaletal erwartet dich. Jetzt geht es über grüne Wege im Auf und Ab zum Teufelsloch, zur Saalleiten-Hütte und zurück zum Ausgangsort.

En direction d'Oberkrossen, en passant par le passage à niveau d'Uhlstädt, des panneaux d'information illustrés racontent les inondations historiques de la Saale et la traditionnelle flottage du bois long. Juste à côté du terrain de jeux d'Oberkrossen, une aire de jeux d'eau offre une fraîcheur bienvenue lors des journées chaudes. Le chemin jusqu'à la lisière de la forêt y est riche en espèces avec des vues sur le château de Leuchtenburg près de Kahla. En montée, le panneau circulaire "Zeidlerei" invite à la découverte avant d'arriver à la nouvelle cabane "Saalleitenhütte". À Bucheneck, le chemin descend dans une prairie pour rejoindre les ruines de l'église de Töpfersdorf avec une cabane. Est-ce que les murs historiques sont encore en cours de travaux ? Comme un étang est en cours de restauration, le chemin dans la vallée est occupé jusqu'en 2021. Le détour raide vers la cabane de protection Spechtschmiede vaut la peine, car son architecture est unique. Une belle vue sur la vallée de la Saale t'attend. Maintenant, le parcours continue par des chemins verts en montée et descente jusqu'au Teufelsloch, à la cabane Saalleiten et enfin au point de départ.

Towards Oberkrossen, past the Uhlstädt railway crossing, picture boards about historical floods of the Saale and traditional long-log rafting tempt in the idyllic village. Immediately at the Oberkrossen playground, there is welcome cooling with a water feature on hot days. The path to the forest edge is rich in species here with views of the Leuchtenburg near Kahla. Uphill the circular board "Zeidlerei" invites before the new "Saalleiten hut" is reached. At Bucheneck the path leads into a meadow valley towards the church ruin Töpfersdorf with a hut. Is work still being done on the historical walls? Because a pond is being newly created here, the path in the valley is used until 2021. The steep detour to the Spechtschmiede shelter is worthwhile because its architecture is unique. A beautiful view of the Saale valley awaits you. Now it goes over green paths up and down to the Teufelsloch, to the Saalleiten hut and back to the starting point.

Am Wegekreuz Fischertal, wo wir auf der Demokratie-Bank rasten können, haben schon Handelsleute im Mittelalter gerastet. Bergauf gehts nun zur Baude Spechtschmiede mit Waldklo, bei Bedarf. Die schöne Saaletal-Aussicht hinter dem Birkenwäldchen ist einen Abstecher wert. Nun geht es im Auf und Ab durch die Seitentäler des Saaletals bis zum sagenhaften Teufelsloch und weiter bis zur Saalleiten-Hütte, wo sich die Runde schließt.</p>
