Los geht´s am Sportplatz in Frauenwald. Das erste Stück des Weges führt direkt zur Hungerquelle. Selbst an heißen Tagen ist das Wasser eiskalt und hat einen erfrischenden Geschmack. Jetzt geht es etwas bergauf Richtung Steinbühl. Oben angekommen hält man sich links immer geradeaus Richtung Tillyfelsen. Im Frühjahr und Herbst hat man hier die schönsten Ausblicke.  Der Tillyfelsen ist ein Porphyrblock auf dem vorderen Hundsrück und erinnert an den Dreißigjährigen Krieg 1618-1648. Namensgeber war Feldmarschall Tilly. Ein Stück zurück des Weges hält man sich beim ersten Abzweig recht bis zum "Breiten Bach". Im Tal weiter Richtung Norden bis zur Schutzhütte und wieder rechts. An der Kreuzung angekommen hält man sich links, bis zur kleinen Brücke (Lügebrücke) am Quellbach. Von hier aus hat man einen bezaubernden Blick auf das Fraubachtal. Linkerhand durch das kleine Tal kann man gegenüber die Pferde auf der Koppel beobachten und gelangt nach kurzer Zeit zu den Teichen am Bergbad. Ein schönes Plätzen um noch einmal die Seele baumeln zu lassen und die Ruhe in der Natur zu genießen. Der Ausgangspunkt ist nach wenigen Gehminuten wieder erreicht.
