On the former tram line, you first walk on the hiking trail marked with a red horizontal bar on a white background up to the Spittelbrunnen through a beech high forest and past the White House, a snack inn. The White House was built in 1717 as a municipal hunting and forestry house. However, the building was demolished in 1948.  The hiking trail now meets a forest road at Steingraben. You go straight over a bridge and make a detour to the Spittelbrunnen, a natural spring. From the Spittelbrunnen, the hike continues northwest on the Jägerstieg marked with a white triangle on a black background. At about 5 km, you cross the Diedorfer Stieg. The Diedorfer Stieg has been the shortest connection between Mühlhausen and Diedorf for 200 years. Here you make a detour to the right to the Giant Sequoias located there and return to the Jägerstieg. The path then continues to the right on the Torfgrubenweg marked with a yellow triangle on a white background. After about 200 m on the Torfgrubenweg, you reach the plant garden with three Giant Sequoias. You continue hiking and arrive at the Heinrichs-Wendel-Hütte, cross the promenade path, and come to the Traditional spot Günzel´s Rest. At Günzel´s Rest, turn right, continue on the Töpferstieg marked with a yellow circle on a white background, and reach the Prinzenhaus, a forest inn inviting you to rest.

Sur l'ancienne ligne de tramway, vous suivez d'abord le sentier balisé d'une barre rouge horizontale sur fond blanc jusqu'à la fontaine Spittelbrunnen à travers une hêtraie haute, en passant devant la Maison Blanche, un snack-restaurant. La Maison Blanche avait été construite en 1717 comme maison de chasse et de gestion forestière municipale. Cependant, le bâtiment a été démoli en 1948. Le sentier rencontre maintenant une route forestière au Steingraben. Vous continuez tout droit sur un pont et faites un détour jusqu'à la fontaine Spittelbrunnen, une source naturelle. Depuis la fontaine Spittelbrunnen, la randonnée continue en direction nord-ouest sur le Jägerstieg, balisé d’un triangle blanc sur fond noir. Vers 5 km, vous croisez le Diedorfer Stieg. Le Diedorfer Stieg est depuis 200 ans la liaison la plus courte entre Mühlhausen et Diedorf. Vous faites ici un détour à droite vers les séquoias géants situés là-bas, puis retournez au Jägerstieg. Le chemin continue ensuite à droite sur le Torfgrubenweg, balisé d’un triangle jaune sur fond blanc. Après environ 200 m sur le Torfgrubenweg, vous atteignez le jardin de plantation avec trois séquoias géants. Vous poursuivez la marche jusqu’à la cabane Heinrichs-Wendel, traversez le chemin de promenade et arrivez à la place traditionnelle Günzel's Ruh. À Günzel's Ruh, vous tournez à droite, continuez sur le Töpferstieg balisé d’un cercle jaune sur fond blanc et arrivez au Prinzenhaus, une auberge forestière qui invite à la pause.

An Günzel´s Ruh biegen Sie rechts ab, wandern weiter auf dem Töpferstieg mit der Markierung: gelber Kreis auf weißem Hintergrund und erreichen das Prinzenhaus, eine Waldgaststätte die zur Rast einlädt.

Nach circa 200 m auf dem Torfgrubenweg erreicht man den Pflanzgarten mit drei Mammutbäumen.</p> <p>Sie wandern weiter und kommen an die <strong>Heinrichs-Wendel-Hütte</strong>, queren den Promenadenweg und kommen zum <strong>Traditionsplatz Günzel´s Ruh</strong>. An Günzel´s Ruh biegen Sie rechts ab, wandern weiter auf dem Töpferstieg mit der Markierung: gelber Kreis auf weißem Hintergrund und erreichen das Prinzenhaus, eine Waldgaststätte die zur Rast einlädt.</p>

Sur l'ancienne ligne de tramway, vous suivez d'abord le sentier balisé d'une barre rouge horizontale sur fond blanc jusqu'à la <strong>fontaine Spittelbrunnen</strong> à travers une hêtraie haute, en passant devant la <strong>Maison Blanche</strong>, un snack-restaurant. La Maison Blanche avait été construite en 1717 comme maison de chasse et de gestion forestière municipale. Cependant, le bâtiment a été démoli en 1948.</p> <p>Le sentier rencontre maintenant une route forestière au Steingraben. Vous continuez tout droit sur un pont et faites un détour jusqu'à la fontaine Spittelbrunnen, une source naturelle. Depuis la fontaine Spittelbrunnen, la randonnée continue en direction nord-ouest sur le Jägerstieg, balisé d’un triangle blanc sur fond noir.</p> <p>Vers 5 km, vous croisez le <strong>Diedorfer Stieg</strong>. Le Diedorfer Stieg est depuis 200 ans la liaison la plus courte entre Mühlhausen et Diedorf.</p> <p>Vous faites ici un détour à droite vers les <strong>séquoias géants</strong> situés là-bas, puis retournez au Jägerstieg. Le chemin continue ensuite à droite sur le Torfgrubenweg, balisé d’un triangle jaune sur fond blanc. Après environ 200 m sur le Torfgrubenweg, vous atteignez le jardin de plantation avec trois séquoias géants.</p> <p>Vous poursuivez la marche jusqu’à la <strong>cabane Heinrichs-Wendel</strong>, traversez le chemin de promenade et arrivez à la <strong>place traditionnelle Günzel's Ruh</strong>. À Günzel's Ruh, vous tournez à droite, continuez sur le Töpferstieg balisé d’un cercle jaune sur fond blanc et arrivez au Prinzenhaus, une auberge forestière qui invite à la pause.</p>

From the Spittelbrunnen, the hike continues northwest on the Jägerstieg marked with a white triangle on a black background.</p> <p>At about 5 km, you cross the <strong>Diedorfer Stieg</strong>. The Diedorfer Stieg has been the shortest connection between Mühlhausen and Diedorf for 200 years.</p> <p>Here you make a detour to the right to the <strong>Giant Sequoias</strong> located there and return to the Jägerstieg. The path then continues to the right on the Torfgrubenweg marked with a yellow triangle on a white background. After about 200 m on the Torfgrubenweg, you reach the plant garden with three Giant Sequoias.</p> <p>You continue hiking and arrive at the <strong>Heinrichs-Wendel-Hütte</strong>, cross the promenade path, and come to the <strong>Traditional spot Günzel´s Rest</strong>. At Günzel´s Rest, turn right, continue on the Töpferstieg marked with a yellow circle on a white background, and reach the Prinzenhaus, a forest inn inviting you to rest.</p>
