From the village hall in Oberweißenbrunn, the trail initially leads uphill towards Wildflecken on an asphalt path. At the crest, turn left and continue around the Arnsberg to the chapel at the Kreuzberg saddle. From here, a return route leads past the "Schoofsbrönn" spring towards Kreuzberg Monastery. Shortly before the monastery, you must cross the cross-country ski track. Back at the Kreuzberg saddle, the return route leads to Oberweißenbrunn and the valley station of the Arnsberg Lifts II. From the parking lot, the path runs partly along the edge of the ski slope. Shortly before Oberweißenbrunn, you cross the track of the Arnsberg Lift I.

Vom Dorfgemeinschaftshaus in Oberweißenbrunn führt die Wegstrecke zunächst bergauf in Richtung Wildflecken auf asphaltiertem Weg. Auf der Kuppe biegt man nach links ab und gelangt um den Arnsberg herum zur Kapelle am Kreuzbergsattel. Vor hier aus geht ein Hin- und Rückweg am "Schoofsbrönn" vorbei in Richtung Kloster Kreuzberg. Kurz vor dem Kloster muss man die Loipe überqueren. Zurück am Kreuzbergsattel führt der Rückweg nach Oberweißenbrunn zur Talstation der Arnsberglifte II. Vom Parkplatz aus geht der Weg teilweise am Rand der Piste entlang. Kurz vor Oberweißenbrunn kreuzt man die Liftspur des Arnsberglifts I.

Depuis la maison communautaire du village à Oberweißenbrunn, le parcours monte d'abord vers Wildflecken sur un chemin asphalté. Au sommet, on tourne à gauche et le chemin contourne l'Arnsberg jusqu'à la chapelle du col du Kreuzberg. De là, un aller-retour passe par le "Schoofsbrönn" en direction du monastère de Kreuzberg. Juste avant le monastère, il faut traverser la piste de ski de fond. De retour au col du Kreuzberg, le chemin de retour vers Oberweißenbrunn mène à la station de base des remontées Arnsberglifte II. Depuis le parking, le sentier longe partiellement le bord de la piste. Peu avant Oberweißenbrunn, on traverse la piste du Arnsberglift I.
