At harvest time, there is freshly squeezed juice from fruits that previously hung on the trees in the orchard. Fresh herbs come from the farm garden behind the farm walls. Even the Etzdorf country bread is baked with flour from the farm's own grain. It's no coincidence that the agricultural cooperative's motto is: “This is where enjoyment grows!”

Zur Erntezeit gibt es frisch gepressten Saft von Früchten, die zuvor an den Bäumen der Streuobstwiese hingen. Frische Kräuter kommen vom Bauerngarten hinter den Hofmauern. Selbst das Etzdorfer Landbrot wird mit Mehl vom eigenen Getreide gebacken. Nicht umsonst lautet das Motto der Agrargenossenschaft: „Hier wächst der Genuss!“
