About: Obendorf

Obendorf a été mentionné pour la première fois en 1307 sous le nom de "Obringdorf". En 1603, une chapelle a été construite dans le village pour les services de baptême et vers 1843, la commune a été transformée en maison communale avec une forge et un four à pain. En 1974, Obendorf fut rattaché administrativement à la commune d'Exdorf et formait depuis lors un quartier de la commune d'Exdorf. Avec la fusion de la commune de Grabfeld le 01.12.2007, les deux quartiers d'Exdorf et d'Obendorf forment ensemble la localité d'Exdorf et ont donc un maire local et un conseil local. En 2007, la localité a fêté le 700e anniversaire de sa première mention. Obendorf compte 148 habitants. Le territoire communal d'Obendorf s'étend sur 546 ha.

Obendorf was first mentioned in 1307 under the name "Obringdorf". In 1603 a chapel for baptismal services was built in the village and around 1843 it was converted into a community center with a forge and a baking oven. In 1974 Obendorf was administratively annexed to the municipality of Exdorf and since then formed a district of the municipality of Exdorf. With the merger to the municipality Grabfeld on 01.12.2007 the two districts Exdorf and Obendorf together form the village Exdorf and thus have a local mayor and a local council. In 2007 the village celebrated the 700th anniversary of its first mention. 148 people live in Obendorf. The district of Obendorf covers 546 ha.

Obendorf wurde 1307 erstmalig unter dem Namen "Obringdorf" erwähnt. Im Ort wurde 1603 eine Kapelle für Taufgottesdienst erbaut und um 1843 erfolgte der Umbau zum Gemeindehaus mit Schmiede und Backofen. 1974 wurde Obendorf verwaltungsmäßig an die Gemeinde Exdorf angegliedert und bildete seither einen Ortsteil der Gemeinde Exdorf. Mit dem Zusammenschluss zur Gemeinde Grabfeld am 01.12.2007 bilden die beiden Ortsteile Exdorf und Obendorf zusammen die Ortschaft Exdorf und haben somit einen Ortsbürgermeister und einen Ortschaftsrat. Im Jahr 2007 feierte der Ort das 700. Jubiläum seiner Ersterwähnung. In Obendorf wohnen 148 Menschen. Die Gemarkung Obendorf umfasst 546 ha.
