Am 17.11.2007 wurde im Rüstzeitenheim Sonnenschein in Ebersdorf durch 22 Bürger von Saalburg-Ebersdorf der Verein “Ausstellungs- und Begegnungszentrum Johann Amos Comenius” gegründet. Im April 2008 wurde der Verein in das Vereinsregister eingetragen. Zweck des Vereins ist die Pflege von: Heimatkunde, Kunst, Kultur, Religion und Völkerverständigung in Verbindung mit Bildung und Erziehung. Diese Ziele werden insbesondere verwirklicht durch: die sinnvolle Nutzung des denkmalgeschützten Großen Brüderhauses als Ausstellungs- und Begegnungsstätte für alle interessierten Menschen, die Unterhaltung und Mitgestaltung der darin befindlichen Ausstellungen und musealen Einrichtungen, zur Ortsgeschichte, Geschichte des Hauses Reuß, der Brüdergemeine usw., Förderung der grenzüberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit mit unseren tschechischen Nachbarn, insbesondere dem Europäischen Comenium in Cheb, musikalische und kulturelle Darbietungen, die enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Brüdergemeine Ebersdorf, der Stadt Saalburg-Ebersdorf und den Vereinen der Stadt Saalburg-Ebersdorf.
Le 17 novembre 2007, l'association "Centre d'exposition et de rencontre Johann Amos Comenius" a été fondée par 22 citoyens de Saalburg-Ebersdorf dans la maison de retraite Sonnenschein à Ebersdorf. En avril 2008, l'association a été inscrite au registre des associations. Le but de l'association est de cultiver : la connaissance du patrimoine, l'art, la culture, la religion et l'entente entre les peuples en liaison avec la formation et l'éducation. Ces objectifs sont notamment réalisés par : l'utilisation judicieuse de la Grande Maison des Frères, classée monument historique, comme lieu d'exposition et de rencontre pour toutes les personnes intéressées, l'entretien et la participation à l'organisation des expositions et des installations muséales qui s'y trouvent, concernant l'histoire locale, l'histoire de la maison Reuß, de l'église des frères, etc, Promouvoir la coopération transfrontalière avec nos voisins tchèques, notamment le Comenium européen à Cheb, des représentations musicales et culturelles, l'étroite collaboration avec la "Brüdergemeine Ebersdorf", la ville de Saalburg-Ebersdorf et les associations de la ville de Saalburg-Ebersdorf.
On 17.11.2007, the "Johann Amos Comenius Exhibition and Meeting Center" association was founded by 22 citizens of Saalburg-Ebersdorf in the "Sonnenschein" recreation centre in Ebersdorf.
