Im Erdgeschoss liegt das geräumige, ca. 43 m² große Apartment bestehend aus einem Raum mit französischem Bett (140 x 2,00 m), einer Sitzgruppe, einem Essbereich, einem eigenen Bad mit Fenster und einer eigenen Küche. Die Ausstattung beider Ferienwohnungen ist komfortabel und zweckmäßig, Geschirr und Wäsche sind ausreichend vorhanden. Der grüne Innenhof lädt im Sommer zum Entspannen ein. Der Carport befindet sich in dem abgeschlossenen Hof.

On the first floor of the house is the sunny, approx. 55 m² 2-room vacation apartment, consisting of a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a twin bedroom, a kitchen, a hallway, and a spacious bathroom with a window. On the ground floor is the spacious, approx. 43 m² apartment consisting of a room with a queen-size bed (140 x 2.00 m), a seating area, a dining area, a private bathroom with window, and a private kitchen. Both vacation apartments are comfortably and practically furnished, with sufficient crockery and linen provided. The green courtyard is perfect for relaxing in summer. The carport is located in the enclosed courtyard.
À proximité immédiate de Weimar, capitale culturelle, se trouve le « village Wieland » d'Oßmannstedt (environ 1 300 habitants), situé dans le cadre idyllique de la « Ilm-Aue », directement sur la piste cyclable de la vallée de l'Ilm. L'abri pour voiture se trouve dans la cour fermée.
