Ruhig, inmitten des Landschaftsschutzgebiet Greiz–Werdauer Wald gelegen, befindet sich der Schlötenteich im Schlötengrund. Ca. 1,5 km von Waldhaus, einem Ortsteils von Mohlsdorf-Teichwolframsdorf, befindet sich im Schlötengrund der Schlötenteich. Ein wunderschöner kleiner See, der für eine Rast einlädt. Er befindet sich u.a. am Thüringenweg und ist ganzjährig einen Besuch wert - weitab vom Trubel des Alltags. Ein ca. 7 km langer Rundwanderweg, der ebenfalls bestens für Kinderwagen geeignet ist, führt direkt am Schlötenteich vorbei. Tipp: Es gibt eine Schutzhütte mit großem Tisch und Bänken zum Pausemachen.

About 1.5 km from Waldhaus, a district of Mohlsdorf-Teichwolframsdorf, lies the Schlötenteich in the Schlötengrund. It is a beautiful small lake that invites visitors to take a break. It is also located along the Thüringen Trail and is worth a visit all year round—far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A circular hiking trail of approximately 7 km, which is also well suited for strollers, leads directly past the Schlötenteich. Tip: There is a shelter with a large table and benches, perfect for taking a rest.
