Sandra and Volker Frölich are wine enthusiasts with an open attitude towards the world and a deep connection to their homeland. As true family people, they also enjoy being together in convivial company. In 1997, they decided together to take the step towards their own winery. With curiosity and openness, they regularly think outside the box, explore traditional and modern winemaking methods and exchange ideas with colleagues from all over the world. With green fingers and a great deal of flexibility, they respond to the wind, sun, weather, soil and plants. At the same time, they apply their craftsmanship and flair in the wine cellar. They rely on a natural flow that requires as little intervention as possible. As hackneyed as it may sound: "Let nature take its course" - this sums up their philosophy, both in the vineyard and in the cellar.

Mit grünem Daumen und viel Flexibilität reagieren sie auf das, was Wind, Sonne, Wetter, Boden und Pflanze mit sich bringen. Gleichzeitig bringen sie im Weinkeller ihr handwerkliches Können und Fingerspitzengefühl ein. Dabei vertrauen sie auf einen natürlichen Fluss, der möglichst wenig Eingriffe erfordert. So abgedroschen es auch klingen mag: „Der Natur ihren freien Lauf lassen“ – genau das bringt ihre Philosophie auf den Punkt, im Weinberg wie im Keller.
Sandra et Volker Frölich sont des amateurs de vin et de bonne chère, ouverts sur le monde et profondément attachés à leur région. Véritables familiers, ils apprécient également les moments conviviaux en bonne compagnie. En 1997, ils ont décidé ensemble de se lancer dans la création de leur propre domaine viticole. Avec curiosité et ouverture d'esprit, ils regardent régulièrement au-delà de leur horizon, explorent les méthodes de viticulture traditionnelles et modernes et entretiennent des échanges avec des collègues du monde entier. Ces impulsions extérieures les incitent sans cesse à essayer de nouvelles choses et les invitent ensuite à y faire participer tout le monde. Un enthousiasme et un goût « contagieux » : c'est ainsi qu'ils voient le vin. Pour Sandra et Volker Frölich, être vigneron signifie avant tout être à l'écoute de la nature. Avec leur main verte et leur grande flexibilité, ils réagissent à ce que le vent, le soleil, le temps, le sol et les plantes leur apportent. En même temps, ils apportent leur savoir-faire et leur doigté dans la cave à vin. Ils font confiance à un flux naturel qui nécessite le moins d'interventions possible.
