From the Schwanenteichallee, the route takes you along Obermühlenweg, Böhntalsweg and Goetheweg, up to the Stadtberg. De la périphérie de Höngeda, on longe la rue Am Feldrain sur une piste cyclable et un chemin d'exploitation en direction de Seebach. Généralement en ligne droite, sur une piste cyclable et un chemin d'exploitation, puis sur un chemin de terre à gauche, le tour passe un petit pont sur le ruisseau et mène en direction du camping Palumpa-Land. Le long du barrage de Seebach, on a une très belle vue sur le lac de retenue, le parc national de Hainich et le terrain du camping. Depuis le camping Palumpa-Land, on longe la route jusqu'à l'embranchement d'un chemin d'exploitation. Là, le chemin tourne à droite et se dirige vers l'église de Niederdorla. Von hier ist ein kleiner Abstecher "Zum Löwen" möglich, einem Denkmal für die Gefallenen und Opfer der Kriege, mit einem weiten Blick über die Stadt und die Region in nördliche Richtung. Beim Bäcker Stelzer geht es vom Goetheweg rechts ab über die Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Straße geradewegs zur Eisenacher Landstraße, am Neuen Friedhof vorbei in Richtung Gewerbegebiet "An der Trift". Über den Radweg und entlang der Straßen Am Roten Berg, Windbergweg, Beim Osterfelde, Zu den Katzentreppen, Am Felchtaer Bach geht es bis kurz vor die B 247 und dann weiter nach rechts. Bei der Wüstung Aemilienhausen folgt man weiter dem Felchtaer Bach nach Höngeda. Vom Ortsrand Höngeda geht es entlang der Straße Am Feldrain auf einem Rad- und Wirtschaftsweg nach Seebach. Meist gerade, auf einem Rad- und Wirtschaftsweg, dann auf einem Feldweg nach links, über eine kleine Bachbrücke führt die Tour in Richtung Campingplatz Palumpa-Land. Entlang der Talsperre Seebach hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Stausee, den Nationalpark Hainich und das Gelände des Campingplatzes. Vom Campingplatz Palumpa-Land geht es entlang der Fahrstraße bis zum Abzweig eines Wirtschaftsweges. Dort rechts abbiegend läuft der Weg auf die Kirche von Niederdorla zu. Danach geht es nach links und im Verlauf der Hauptstraße vorbei am Landhotel am Mittelpunkt Deutschlands und dem Parkplatz des Mittelpunktmuseums sowie dem Opfermoor. Das Opfermoor mit Museum und Freilichtmuseum ist für eine Rast mit Besichtigung geeignet. Ab Niederdorla führt die Tour auf dem Radweg entlang der Mühlhäuser Straße, über den Kreisverkehr nahe dem Möbelhaus Jäger nach Oberdorla. Dort biegt der Weg bald nach rechts, in die Straße Am Bahnhof ab und man kommt über die Landstraße hinaus, weiter geradeaus auf den Radweg nach Felchta. Bereits weithin sichtbar grüßt schon der Kirchturm der Marienkirche von Mühlhausen. In Felchta geht es zunächst am Fußballplatz und der Feuerwehr vorbei, nach rechts über die Felchtaer Hauptstraße, die Felchtaer Johannesstraße und dem Mühlhäuser Weg, auf der Felchtaer Landstraße nach Mühlhausen. Nach dem Baubetrieb Universal geht es an der Ecke vom Wesch Baumakt nach links in den Böhntalsweg und von da an bis zurück zum Start-/Zielpunkt dem Stadion an der Aue. Als Wander- oder Nordic Walkingtour wird für diese 21-km-Strecke eine Zeit von circa 4 h benötigt.

There the path soon turns right into the street Am Bahnhof and you cross the country road and continue straight ahead on the cycle path to Felchta. The steeple of St. Mary's Church in Mühlhausen is already visible from afar. In Felchta you first pass the football pitch and the fire brigade, turn right along Felchtaer Hauptstraße, Felchtaer Johannesstraße and Mühlhäuser Weg, along Felchtaer Landstraße to Mühlhausen. After the Universal construction site, turn left at the corner of Wesch Baumakt into Böhntalsweg and from there back to the start/finish point at the Stadion an der Aue.As a hiking or Nordic walking tour, this 21 km route takes about 4 hours.

Au niveau du village d'Aemilienhausen, on continue à suivre le Felchtaer Bach jusqu'à Höngeda. De la périphérie de Höngeda, on longe la rue Am Feldrain sur une piste cyclable et un chemin d'exploitation en direction de Seebach. Généralement en ligne droite, sur une piste cyclable et un chemin d'exploitation, puis sur un chemin de terre à gauche, le tour passe un petit pont sur le ruisseau et mène en direction du camping Palumpa-Land. Le long du barrage de Seebach, on a une très belle vue sur le lac de retenue, le parc national de Hainich et le terrain du camping. Depuis le camping Palumpa-Land, on longe la route jusqu'à l'embranchement d'un chemin d'exploitation. Là, le chemin tourne à droite et se dirige vers l'église de Niederdorla. Il tourne ensuite à gauche et suit la route principale en passant devant l'hôtel de campagne "am Mittelpunkt Deutschlands", le parking du musée "Mittelpunktmuseum" et le marais "Opfermoor". Le marais d'offrande, avec son musée et son musée en plein air, est idéal pour une pause avec visite. À partir de Niederdorla, le circuit emprunte la piste cyclable le long de la Mühlhäuser Straße, passe par le rond-point près du magasin de meubles Jäger et se dirige vers Oberdorla.
