Le parcours commence au parking du centre historique de Bischofsheim et suit le symbole vert Ö (liaison vers le Hochrhöner) à travers des chemins de champs et de prairies jusqu'à Osterburg (point de tampon). L'ascension est récompensée par une vue sur Bischofsheim et le Kreuzberg. La ruine du château, rénovée pour la dernière fois en 2005, offre des informations intéressantes sur son histoire via des panneaux d'affichage. En descendant, on continue sur le symbole vert Ö jusqu’à ce que le chemin, après avoir traversé la route, mène finalement au Hochrhöner (symbole jaune Ö). Le symbole jaune Ö en direction du Kreuzberg suit des chemins de prairie jusqu'à un groupe de repos Hochrhöner. Ici se trouve la bifurcation vers le chemin secondaire menant au sommet d'Arnsberg. L'ascension raide en vaut la peine, au sommet, la croix (point de tampon) offre une vue imprenable jusqu'à la Wasserkuppe. De retour au banc Hochrhöner, le parcours continue en direction du Kreuzberg jusqu'à un carrefour routier. Après avoir traversé la route Kreuzberg, un autre chemin d'accès Hochrhöner (symbole vert Ö) et la flèche bleue ouverte descendent vers Haselbach et le point de départ au parking du centre historique.

The route starts at the old town car park in Bischofsheim and follows the green Ö (feeder to the Hochrhöner) through fields and meadow paths up to Osterburg (stamp station). The ascent is rewarded with a view of Bischofsheim and Kreuzberg. The castle ruins, last renovated in 2005, offer interesting information on display boards about the history of the castle. Going downhill, you continue on the green Ö until, after crossing the road, it finally joins the Hochrhöner (yellow Ö). The yellow Ö towards Kreuzberg leads over meadow paths to a Hochrhöner seating area. Here is the branch to the side path up to the Arnsberg summit. The steep climb is worth it, and at the top at the summit cross (stamp station) you are rewarded with a magnificent view as far as the Wasserkuppe. Back at the Hochrhöner bench, the route continues towards Kreuzberg to the road junction. After crossing Kreuzberg street, another Hochrhöner feeder (green Ö) and the open blue arrow lead down to Haselbach and back to the starting point at the old town car park.

Die Tour startet am Altstadtparkplatz in Bischofsheim und folgt dem grünen Ö (Zubringer zum Hochrhöner) durch Feld- und Wiesenwege hinauf zur Osterburg (Stempelstelle).  Der Aufstieg wird belohnt mit dem Ausblick nach Bischofsheim und zum Kreuzberg. Die zuletzt 2005 sanierte Burgruine bietet auf Schautafeln interessante Informationen  über die Geschichte der Burg. Bergab geht es weiter auf dem grünen Ö bis der Weg nach Überqueren der Straße schließlich auf den Hochrhöner (gelbes Ö)  mündet. Das gelbe Ö  Richtung Kreuzberg führt über Wiesenwege zu einer Hochrhönersitzgruppe. Hier ist der Abzweig zum Stichweg auf den  Arnsbergipfel. Der knackige Aufstieg lohnt sich, oben am Gipfelkreuz (Stempelstelle) wird man mit einem großartigen Ausblick bis zur Wasserkuppe belohnt. Wieder zurück an der Hochrhönerbank geht es weiter Richtungs Kreuzberg bis zur Straßenkreuzung. Nach Überqueren der Kreuzbergstraße führen erneut ein Hochrhönerzubringer (grünes Ö) und der offene blaue Pfeil hinab nach Haselbach und zum Ausgangspunkt am Altstadtparkplatz.
