Wir bieten Ihnen 2 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit genügend Platz zum Kochen und Plaudern. Besonders hervorgehoben sei zudem der große Balkon (Südseite), auf dem man prima Kaffee trinken und die Aussicht über das Saaletal genießen kann. Trotz seiner idyllischen Lage befinden sich im Umkreis mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine Apotheke und ein Ärztehaus. Am Fuße des Berges befindet sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle (ca. 10 Minuten), man kann das Stadtzentrum jedoch auch zu Fuß (ca. 20 Minuten) erreichen, um die romantische Jenaer Altstadt zu erkunden. Wir als Eigentümer stehen Ihnen jederzeit gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und würden uns freuen, Sie alsbald in unserem kleinen Bergparadies begrüßen zu dürfen.
This is not a holiday apartment, but a home! Make yourself comfortable in our sun-filled 3-room apartment above the rooftops of Jena. We offer you 2 bedrooms, a large living room with a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space for cooking and chatting. Particularly noteworthy is the large balcony (south-facing), where you can enjoy coffee and take in the view over the Saale Valley. Despite its idyllic location, there are several shopping facilities, as well as a pharmacy and a medical center, in the surrounding area. At the foot of the hill, there is a tram stop (about 10 minutes), but you can also reach the city center on foot (about 20 minutes) to explore the romantic old town of Jena.
