Im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Kachelofen, der eine angenehme Wärme erzeugt & die kalte Jahreszeit genießen lässt. Zu elektronischen Heizgeräten steht der Ofen als einzige Heizquelle zur Verfügung, dieser wird in der Heizperiode vom Vermieter beheizt, dafür muss der Vermieter die Wohnung betreten. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet für 4 Personen Platz. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Monteure, die getrennt schlafen möchten. Vor der Nichtraucherwohnung können Raucher ihren Freuden nachgehen. In der Nähe befinden sich Einkaufs- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie das Freibad, das Erlebnisbad Saalemaxx und verschiedene Museen, die gut zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder dem PKW erreichbar sind. Anreise ist ab 14:00 Uhr oder Absprache per Handy mit dem Vermieter, Abreise bis 10:00 Uhr.
