Die Wandelhalle wurde von Karl Behlert (1870–1946) entworfen und 1913 fertiggestellt. Sie ist im klassizistischen Stil erbaut und war ursprünglich zur Hangseite hin offen. In den 1950er-Jahren erfolgte die Verglasung und der Einbau von Heizung und Beleuchtung. In der Wandelhalle haben Besucher die Möglichkeit, das Wasser der Bad Liebensteiner Heilquellen zu verkosten.
