Die Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Dolmar-Salzbrücke mit Sitz in Schwarza nimmt derzeit die Interessen von 14 Mitgliedsgemeinden wahr. Dies sind die Gemeinden: Belrieth, Christes, Dillstädt, Einhausen, Ellingshausen, Kühndorf, Leutersdorf, Neubrunn, Obermaßfeld-Grimmenthal, Ritschenhausen, Rohr, Schwarza, Utendorf, Vachdorf. Die ehem. Gemeinde Wölfershausen mit ca. 350 Einwohnern ist zum 31.12.2018 aufgelöst und aus der VG "Dolmar-Salzbrücke" ausgegliedert worden. Seit 01.01.2019 ist Wölfershausen nunmehr ein Ortsteil der Einheitsgemeinde Grabfeld. Die Verwaltungsgemeinschaft „Dolmar-Salzbrücke“ wurde am 1. Januar 2012 gegründet und ist Rechtsnachfolger der VG Dolmar. Hinzugekommen sind die Gemeinden der ehemaligen VG Salzbrücke, mit Ausnahme der Gemeinde Bauerbach. Namensgeber sind der 739 m hohe Aussichtsberg Dolmar sowie die historische Salzbrücke an der Werra. Die Aufgaben der Verwaltung werden durch die Verwaltungsgemeinschaft in bestimmtem Umfang zentralisiert. So ist sie für die Vorbereitung und Ausführung der gemeindlichen Beschlüsse zuständig. Die Verwaltungsgemeinschaft nimmt darüber hinaus eigenverantwortlich die so genannten Aufgaben des übertragenen Wirkungskreises wahr (z. B. Ordnungsamt und Pass- und Meldewesen). Ein gewählter hauptamtlicher Gemeinschaftsvorsitzender steht der Verwaltungsgemeinschaft vor. Ihm steht die Gemeinschaftsversammlung als Beschlussorgan zur Seite. Diese besteht aus Vertretern aller Mitgliedsgemeinden. Trotz des Zusammenschlusses in der Verwaltungsgemeinschaft bleibt die politische und wirtschaftliche Selbstständigkeit der einzelnen Gemeinden bestehen. Die Entscheidungen über alle Angelegenheiten der örtlichen Gemeinschaft trifft jede Mitgliedsgemeinde selbst. Jeder der Mitgliedsgemeinden steht ein von den Einwohnern gewählter ehrenamtlicher Bürgermeister nebst Gemeinderat vor. Bürgermeister und Gemeinderat entscheiden eigenständig mit Beschluss über Vorhaben und Investitionen. Mit der Bearbeitung aller anfallenden Aufgaben sind zurzeit 22 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
La communauté administrative Dolmar-Salzbrücke, dont le siège est à Schwarza, défend actuellement les intérêts de 14 communes membres. Il s'agit des communes suivantes : Belrieth, Christes, Dillstädt, Einhausen, Ellingshausen, Kühndorf, Leutersdorf, Neubrunn, Obermaßfeld-Grimmenthal, Ritschenhausen, Rohr, Schwarza, Utendorf, Vachdorf. L'ancienne commune de Wölfershausen, qui comptait environ 350 habitants, a été dissoute au 31.12.2018 et retirée de la communauté de communes "Dolmar-Salzbrücke". Depuis le 01.01.2019, Wölfershausen est désormais un quartier de la commune unifiée de Grabfeld. La communauté administrative "Dolmar-Salzbrücke" a été créée le 1er janvier 2012 et est le successeur juridique de la VG Dolmar. Les communes de l'ancienne communauté de communes Salzbrücke, à l'exception de la commune de Bauerbach, y ont été ajoutées. Le nom est donné à la montagne panoramique Dolmar, haute de 739 m, ainsi qu'au pont historique Salzbrücke sur la Werra. Les tâches de l'administration sont centralisées dans une certaine mesure par la communauté administrative. Elle est ainsi responsable de la préparation et de l'exécution des décisions communales. La communauté administrative assume en outre de manière autonome les tâches dites du domaine d'action délégué (par ex. le service d'ordre et les passeports et déclarations). La communauté administrative est dirigée par un président de communauté élu à plein temps. Il est assisté par l'assemblée communautaire en tant qu'organe de décision. Celle-ci est composée de représentants de toutes les communes membres. Malgré le regroupement au sein de la communauté administrative, l'indépendance politique et économique des différentes communes est maintenue. Chaque commune membre prend elle-même les décisions concernant toutes les affaires de la communauté locale. Chacune des communes membres est dirigée par un maire bénévole et un conseil municipal élus par les habitants. Le maire et le conseil communal décident de manière autonome des projets et des investissements. Actuellement, 22 employés s'occupent de toutes les tâches.
The Dolmar-Salzbrücke administrative community, based in Schwarza, currently represents the interests of 14 member municipalities. These are the municipalities of: Belrieth, Christes, Dillstädt, Einhausen, Ellingshausen, Kühndorf, Leutersdorf, Neubrunn, Obermaßfeld-Grimmenthal, Ritschenhausen, Rohr, Schwarza, Utendorf, Vachdorf. The former municipality of Wölfershausen with approx. 350 inhabitants was dissolved on 31.12.2018 and spun off from the VG "Dolmar-Salzbrücke". Since 01.01.2019, Wölfershausen has been a district of the unified municipality of Grabfeld. The "Dolmar-Salzbrücke" administrative community was founded on January 1, 2012 and is the legal successor to VG Dolmar. The municipalities of the former VG Salzbrücke, with the exception of the municipality of Bauerbach, were added. The name is derived from the 739 m high panoramic mountain Dolmar and the historic salt bridge on the Werra. The administrative tasks are centralized to a certain extent by the administrative community. It is responsible for the preparation and implementation of municipal resolutions. An elected full-time community chairman heads the administrative community. He is assisted by the community assembly as a decision-making body. Despite the merger in the administrative community, the political and economic independence of the individual municipalities remains intact. Each member municipality makes its own decisions on all matters relating to the local community. Each of the member municipalities is headed by an honorary mayor and municipal council elected by the residents. The mayor and municipal council decide independently on projects and investments. There are currently 22 employees working on all the tasks involved.
