Front Henfstädt Castle is a historical building in the village of Henfstädt in Thuringia. It was built in the 13th or 14th century as a knight's manor and belonged to various noble families, including the Lord of Bräuning in 1312. Today it is used as a residential house and is a listed building. The front castle of Henfstädt is also known as Henfstädt Castle or Obernitzisches Gut. The estate also included the Osterburg and the grove, which are popular hiking destinations today .
