Die Büschlebsmühle ist ein großes Wassermühlengehöft an der Wipper mit Mühlenteichen und funktionstüchtigem Wasserrad zur alternativen Energiegewinnung. Im Jahre 1828 kaufte Alois Büschleb die Grundstücke und errichtete die noch heute bestehenden Gebäude und wasserbaulichen Anlagen. Seitdem befindet sich die Getreidemühle, welche heute in fünfter Generation geführt wird, in Familienbesitz. Die Besonderheit der Mühle ist der vollständig erhaltene Vierseithof sowie die historische Wasserkraftanlage. Die besondere Wasserzuführung auf das Wasserrad in Form des Sandsteinaquäduktes zeugt von hoher technischer Wasserbaukunst in Thüringen. Die mit Wasserkraft angetriebene Getreidemühle ist die letzte noch funktionsfähige Mühle in der Wipperaue. Familie Büschleb betreibt dort heute einen Mühlenladen.
