The apartment is equipped with a cozy living and sleeping area (pull-out sofa and a double bed 2.00 x 2.00 m), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower & toilet, each with integrated underfloor heating. Parking and storage facilities for, for example, bicycles are available directly at the house. The holiday apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes (hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity) and cultural explorations. During the period of the Rudolstadt Festival, the holiday apartment is already fully booked until 2027.
