Check-in/out takes place at the hotel reception on the 27th floor. The Jentower's reception desk on the ground floor is staffed 24 hours and awaits you for late and night arrivals. You can conveniently park your vehicle in the hotel's underground garage for a fee. All rooms are non-smoking.
