About: Triptis

Triptis est située non loin de la ligne de partage des eaux entre la Saale et la Weißer Elster et à l'amont de l'Orla, dans un bassin peu profond ouvert à l'ouest, et a été mentionnée pour la première fois comme ville en 1328. Triptis possède des bâtiments classés, l'église municipale de St. Marien, un château rond de 600 ans à Oberpöllnitz, une église fortifiée de 800 ans avec des fresques à Döblitz et une tour de château de 1000 ans. Avec la construction de la ligne de chemin de fer Gera-Eichicht en 1869/71, la ville est devenue un site industriel moderne. La liaison autoroutière avec l'A 9 a également contribué à l'essor de la ville. Les entreprises importantes de la ville sont la fabrique de porcelaine, le fabricant de fenêtres WERU et REHAU AG. La ville dispose d'un musée, d'une piscine en plein air et de nombreux établissements gastronomiques ainsi que d'installations d'hébergement modernes.

Triptis is situated not far from the watershed between the Saale and the Weißer Elster and at the headwaters of the Orla in a flat basin open to the west and was first mentioned as a town in 1328.Until the beginning of the 19th century, Triptis was a small farming town with a variety of crafts. Triptis has listed buildings, the town church of St. Marien, an approx. 600-year-old round castle in Oberpöllnitz, an approx. 800-year-old fortified church with frescoes in the Döblitz district and an approx. 1000-year-old castle tower. With the construction of the railway line Gera- Eichicht in 1869/ 71 the town developed to a modern industrial location. The motorway connection to the A 9 also contributed to the upswing of the town. Important companies in the town are the porcelain factory, the window manufacturer WERU and the REHAU AG. The town has a museum, an open-air swimming pool and many gastronomic establishments as well as modern accommodation facilities.

Triptis liegt unweit der Wasserscheide zwischen Saale und Weißer Elster und am Quellgebiet der Orla in einem flachen, nach Westen offenen Talkessel und wurde 1328 erstmals als Stadt erwähnt.Bis Anfang des 19. Jh. war Triptis ein Ackerbürgerstädtchen mit vielfältigen handwerklichen Gewerken. Triptis verfügt über denkmalgeschützte Objekte, die Stadtkirche St. Marien, ein ca. 600 Jahre altes Rundschloß in Oberpöllnitz, eine ca. 800 Jahre alte Wehrkirche mit Fresken im OT Döblitz und einen ca. 1000 Jahre alten Schloßturm. Mit Errichtung der Eisenbahnlinie Gera- Eichicht 1869/ 71 entwickelte sich die Stadt zu einem jetzt modernen Industriestandort. Zum Aufschwung der Stadt trug außerdem der Autobahnanschluß an die A 9 bei. Wichtige Betriebe der Stadt sind das Porzellanwerk, der Fensterproduzent WERU und die REHAU AG. Die Stadt hat ein Museum, ein Freibad und viele gastronomische Einrichtungen sowie modern ausgestattete Beherbergungsbetriebe.
