About: Schweigenberg - Rundweg, Schweigenberg - Circular Trail, Schweigenberg - Sentier circulaire

Depuis le centre-ville de Freyburg (Unstrut), ville de Jahn, du vin et de la champagne, vous marchez jusqu'à la cave Rotkäppchen. À gauche des installations historiques des caves commencent la Gartenstraße et le départ du sentier circulaire Schweigenberg. Le sentier circulaire, nouvellement balisé en 2016, passe en partie par le chemin géologique Zscheiplitz, le sentier des grottes féeriques Kyffhäuser ainsi que le sentier pédagogique du vin Saale-Unstrut. Lors de cette randonnée de difficulté moyenne, au-dessus et en dessous des vignobles, vous traversez d'anciennes carrières de calcaire, vous avez la chance de rencontrer le meunier du moulin de Zeddenbach, et vous profitez de la vue idyllique sur la vallée de l'Unstrut depuis l’église du monastère de Zscheiplitz. Ne manquez pas de déguster le vin là où il pousse. Les guinguettes le long de l’itinéraire sont ouvertes selon la devise « Quand la grappe est suspendue, on sert du vin ». Vous pouvez compléter la randonnée par un détour au monument Bodelschwingh ou à la pierre aux servantes.

From the town center of the Jahn, wine and sparkling wine town Freyburg (Unstrut), hike to the Rotkäppchen sparkling wine cellar. To the left of the historic cellar buildings begin Gartenstraße and the entrance to the Schweigenberg circular trail. The circular trail, newly signposted in 2016, partly follows the Zscheiplitz Geotrail, the Feengrotten-Kyffhäuser path, and the Saale-Unstrut wine educational trail. On the moderately difficult hike above and below the vineyards, you will pass historic limestone quarries, may luckily meet the miller of the Zeddenbach mill, and enjoy the idyllic view of the Unstrut valley from the Zscheiplitz monastery church. Don’t miss the chance to taste the wine where it grows. The seasonal wine taverns along the route are open for you under the motto “When the wine bouquet hangs, it is served.”  You can round off the hike with a detour to the Bodelschwingh monument or to the Maidstone.

Vom Stadtzentrum der Jahn-, Wein- und Sektstadt Freyburg (Unstrut) wandern Sie zur Rotkäppchen Sektkellerei. Links neben den historischen Kelleranlagen beginnen die Gartenstraße und der Einstieg in den Schweigenberg Rundweg. Der 2016 neu ausgeschilderte Rundweg verläuft zum Teil auf dem Geopfad Zscheiplitz, dem Feengrotten-Kyffhäuser-Weg sowie auf dem Weinlehrpfad Saale-Unstrut. Auf der mittelschweren Wanderung oberhalb und unterhalb der Weinberge passieren Sie historische Kalksteinbrüche, lernen mit etwas Glück den Müller der Mühle Zeddenbach kennen und genießen den idyllischen Blick in das Unstruttal von der Klosterkirche Zscheiplitz. Versäumen Sie es nicht, den Wein dort zu probieren, wo er wächst. Die Straußwirtschaften entlang der Route haben getreu dem Motto „Wenn der Strauß hängt, wird ausgeschenkt“ für Sie geöffnet.  Abrunden können Sie die Wanderung mit einem Abstecher zum Bodelschwinghdenkmal oder zum Mägdestein.
