Wilhelmsdorf ist eine Gemeinde in der Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Ranis-Ziegenrück im thüringischen Saale-Orla-Kreis. Wilhelmsdorf mit ca. 192 Einwohnern befindet sich nördlich des Hohenwarte-Stausees der Saale. Durch die unmittelbare Nähe der Hohenwartetalsperre und dem Wilhelmsdorf zugeordneten Campingplatz „Portenschmiede“ erlangte die Gemeinde bereits in den fünfziger Jahren Bedeutung für den Tourismus.
